I am afraid not it was in 2020 on the support chat when my youngest son was born every communication what i had at that time olso bonus offers at my gmail i cant open it amymore because the Netherlands are blocked And ofcourse i have a ip adres from the Netherlands when i ask for my refunds i get this answer

highlighted in the past that the contractual relationship between operators
and players is a legally valid one
We would also like to take the opportunity to make it clear that after the
introduction of the new Dutch gambling regime, Netbet had ceased all
operations and services to the Netherlands.

It was not legal !!!!! The Netherlands accept sinds okt 2021 only a couple casino's 
I olso read that netbet in 2020 olso failed to comply two license conditions. The same period when i start to play.  This is a little piece of netbet term on there website.

As communicated in your other complaint submission against Wild Fortune, this service cannot assist you with claims relating to lack of appropriate licensing. If that is the complaint you are wishing to pursue, you should approach your local government gambling regulatory authority.

Before we could review whether Netbet's management of your account was appropriate from a Maltese regulatory position in terms of responsible gambling, we would need to see the closure request you made to Netbet.

I cant open al the mail from netbet anymore bevause i have a ip adres from the Netherlands i cant show you that closure request.... i wish i do that

While Netbet may be restricting Dutch IP addresses from accessing their site, they cannot stop you from accessing your email address. What is preventing you from accessing your email sent folder?

Sadly this operator has informed us that they will not cooperate with the management of complaints via this service. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

All we could suggest is contacting the operator’s ADR, eCOGRA.

Netbet has informed us that they will not cooperate with this service to manage player complaints.

Before okt 2021 i have a gambling addiction i didnt know anything about legal or illegal gabling at netbet casino never have to fill limits or something between 2019 till 2021 i spend more then 31.000 euro on netbet i speak to support at that time for a break from my account to play after 4 days i get a mail with a nice bonus offer and get play again in okt 2021 i get a mail that the closed my account because new rules.  i blame netbet casino for not intervening in my addictive behavior and ask a claim to get my refunds back
