Please note the row of 4 available payment options. Depending on the option that you select, the information that they have circled in yellow changes to reflect the payment limits of the withdrawal method.

All that's happened here is that you've scrolled further down the page, pushing the row of withdrawal options off the top of the page. This means that your screenshot does not show which option is selected. The option select can be confirmed via the withdrawal limits displayed. It's either Mifinity or Skrill, matching the information advertised on the operator's banking page.

Found for the Operator - There has been a basic breakdown in communications in this case that has prevented the player seeing the correct information associated with the correct payment method. A simple click would have resolved this.

I am trying to withdraw $200 NZD and it states I am withdrawing below the limit. My screenshot states the limit is $30 NZD however Nightrush is saying it is $30 if I withdraw from McFinity but $300 if I withdraw via a bank transfer. I checked the T&C's before I signed up and it said the minimum was 20Euro and my options of withdrawal was visa, bank transfer, McFinity or Skrill. So i deposited via visa. First the casino told me they were having tech issues, then they came back and told me to withdraw via McFinity. I told them I didn't have a McFinity account and I wasn't going to pay fees to McFinity because of their tech issue. Then they changed it and said the min withdrawal for New Zealand is $300. There online CHAT said the min was $30, my screenshot says $30 so why are they telling me it's $300. I have never seen such a high withdrawal limit at any other casino.I have all the emails and screenshots if you need them but I'm not sure how to attach them here but I can forward them in an email.
