I made a €30000.00 withdrawal and the following day when I returned to the casino all the funds were gone and there was no records of me placing the withdrawal. However you do have my screen shot of my €30000.00 withdrawal request it has taken some time to track down who you are to complain because I first complained with ask gamblers which took forever with errors on there website then I placed a complaint with another gaming authority who informed me that you were the correct people for the nightrush licensing and I don't remember how I exactly won this money from nightrush because I was falling asleep at the time and managed to wake up enough to make the withdrawal and screen shot it.

Firstly, it would be a very unusual to have a win of €30k, and not receiving a substantial corresponding adrenaline rush. That is a very big win. Furthermore, you are asserting that you were so fatigued that you have no recollections whatsoever of how this win occurred? You can't tell us what time this win occurred, how long you'd been playing, what game you were playing, the bets you were placing?

With regard to your screenshot, whilst it does show a withdrawal of €30k, it doesn't show any information that could be used to verify that this screenshot was taken from your account. Do you have any other screenshots showing the missing transaction?

Come to think of it don't you think it's strange the €300 withdrawals were exactly the same time something fishy is going on here and I can screen reord these records to prove it's my account!!!

You haven't given any response to our questions about you not knowing any details surrounding what is a very substantial win. That is immediately problematic in this type of situation. You can't provide any details that could be used to verify that this win/withdrawal occurred and the operator are claiming that no such win did occur.

We require either a clearer explanation of the details surrounding this win, or a clearer explanation of how it came to pass that you were so fatigued that you cannot remember any details surrounding the win, but still were aware enough that you thought to place a withdrawal after it occurred and screenshot this transaction when placing the withdrawal.

With regard to the screenshot you provided when submitting your complaint, the screenshot time and the transaction times do not match, indicating that this screenshot was **not** taken at the same time as either of these transactions were placed, contradicting your claim that you created the screenshot at the same time you placed the withdrawal.

The screenshot shows that the first €30000 withdrawal was placed at 04:57:00 on the 14th of May. There is then approximately a 30h gap before the second withdrawal of €30000 is placed at 10:49:20 on the 15th of May. This again does not correspond to the description of events you provided, where you stated "I made a €30000.00 withdrawal and the following day when I returned to the casino all the funds were gone and there was no records of me placing the withdrawal." The screenshot in question was take at 20:37:54 on the 15th of May, a further 9.5 hours after the second transaction was made.

At the present time your claim appears to be that the operator has altered their system to show a €300 withdrawal being discarded rather than a €30000 withdrawal. To do this the operator would not only need to adjust their platform records, they would also need to have the relevant game providers remove any evidence of the win that resulted in this withdrawal from the play history of the games. So we need to know the games that you played to verify the transaction records with the game suppliers.

And furthermore, the screenshots you have subsequently provided do show withdrawals of €300 on the 14th and 15th at the times list above, but they also show that these were declined and further withdrawals of €300 were subsequently placed on the 17th and the 21st. Can you please provide further information regarding these transactions? It seems unusual that when you have been contesting a balance of €30k that you would persist with withdrawal requests for only €300.

Well how do you explain my $30000.00 screens hot what if I get some kind of data from my internet history provider I'll try. And maybe I feel a sleep just a little then screen showed withdrawal you can't deny it's my account because the withdrawal times match perfectly.

Screenshot are very easily manipulated, even by the most basic and widely distributed graphics softwares available today. All that would be needed would be to copy the zeros and move the numbers along.

This screenshot is not incontrevertable proof of the existance of this withdrawal. And given the lack of even basic supporting information surrounding this claim and the the numerous factual misalignments between what you've told us and the facts that can be established, this screenshot would not be considered strong evidence to support your claim.

Why would you need to consult a Linux professional? The screenshot you took, which you assert was taken after you placed your withdrawal, was on an Android mobile device that was using an Android operating system.

While the very core of the Android OS is based on Linux, that does not mean that a Linux professional will know everything about the entire OS that has been built on top of this core. Consulting an Android specialist is more likely to be a productive line of pursuit than an Linux specialist. Furthermore, given that the screenshot wasn't taken of an Incognito browser window, this should not be necessary to simply review your browser history.

All of this is still crossing the lines of plausibility to claim that you have no recollections what-so-ever of the events leading up to a highly stimulating and memorable event. Nor does it explain the numerous contradictions between the few details you have provided and the physical evidence that you have provided.

At this juncture, we're going to need you to actually speak to these inconsistencies in your account. If you cannot or will not provide plausible answers to the questions we've repeatedly asked, we will be discontinue any further involvement in this claim.

Not only is the date and time the same but the compoints to still haven't spoken to Android professionals.

As already detailed, manipulating a screenshot of this nature is very basic and something the majority of people could easily achieve if they chose to try. It would not change anything else on the screenshot.

It is unusual that someone who knows enough about the technology behind the function of their device to know that the Android platform was based on a Linux would be unaware of extremely basic photo editing techniques of this nature.

As stated previously, we will not be taking further action on this issue unless you to actually speak to the inconsistencies in both your description of the events (lack of any details) and the inconsistencies between the physical evidence you have presented and the time line you have described. If you do not provide plausible answers to the questions we've repeatedly asked, we will be discontinue any further involvement in this claim.
