Können sie mir bitte sagen ob mein Fall angenommen wird? Es ist wirklich sehr wichtig. Das casino hat Gelder genommen die ihnen nicht zustanden. Ich wurde so zur Verzweiflung gebracht das ich nur noch mehr einbezahlt habe. Die wollten mir auch 650 Euro auszahlen aber haben sie auch nicht. Jetzt antwortet mir keiner mehr . This is a Curacao Gaming Control Board licensee and whilst the GCB has offered assurances that they intend to improve on the historic Curacao Master License system, to-date we have not seen any substantive improvements for the protections of consumers. The licensing standards that the GCB has published are few and vague in terms of how they expect operators to protect consumers. As such, there's very little chance of a successful outcome to this process.

However, having reviewed the WhatsApp transcript that you've sent through, the VIP agent assigned to manage your account appears to have identified that harm is at least potentially a factor in your interactions, and responded to your concerns about your losses by encouraging you raise both your deposits and your bet sizes in an effort to chase your losses. This is an egregiously irresponsible action for any operator agent to take when interacting with any player, never mind in a situation where the agent clearly understands that harm is a potential factor.

We are prepared to try an intervene in your case. However, we need to be absolutely clear that a) our intervention is very unlikely to make any difference, so we wouldn't encourage you to get your hopes up b) if we achieve anything in this circumstance, it is likely to be a slow process taking months of work and c) that any potential positive outcome would **not** involve a refund of all of your losses over the entire lifespan of your account.

First of all, I would like to thank you from the heart that you have looked at my case and that you also see that my problem was exploited. Ok es tut mir leid, ich kann nur hoffen das die drauf reagieren. Ich finde es wirklich unfassbar das die so weiter machen können wie sie wollen. Meine Situation wurde total ausgenutzt. Ich war völlig verzweifelt. Ich habe mehrfach ans control Board geschrieben aber due haben nichtmal geantwortet. Die haben mich komplett mittelos gelassen.

Ich versuche wirklich jeden Tag weiter zu kommen und habe auch das gelesen:

Leider passt das wirklich auch auf meinen Fall. Ich habe den GCB so viele Mails geschrieben aber leider wurde nicht ein einmal drauf reagiert. Wie sie sehen mach ich wirklich alles mögliche was in meiner Macht steht. Ich hoffe das ihr mich versteht das ich wirklich verzweifelt bin. Ich bin so enttäuscht von mir selbst das ich das zugelassen habe mich so zu manipulieren. Ich war wie unter Drogen gesetzt. Erst jetzt ist mir bewusst was mir passiert ist.,

Ich wollte nur wissen seit ihr mit Nitrobet oder direkt mit Fortuna Games in Kontakt?

As already communicated, we are working to discuss the matter with the operator. We do not have any further information to share at this juncture.

As we've already been clear about, you should not be investing any hope in the outcome of this process. It is nearly certain that the operator will refuse to discuss this matter with us.

The BC.Games issue does not have any bearing on this matter. It is an entirely different set of circumstances where the operator has had their license revoked due to a lack of transparency with the regulator about their funding structure.

At the present time the GCB has not implemented the ADR requirements of the Curacao license. Any role that we play in the management of this case would be informal and would not be considered legally binding. We are not empowered to act in any official capacity in this case.

Ich habe diese Woche ein Steuerbescheid erhalten und habe nun 23.000 euro schulden beim Finanzamt. Ich weiß das es nichts ändert aber ich werde vermutlich mein Haus verlieren und ich kann es nicht fassen nach jahren wo ich Spielfrei war sowas durchmachen zu müssen. Ich kann nur hoffen und betten das die auf auch hören und das richtige mache. Ich kann nicht verstehen das GCB das alles durchlässt und überhaupt nicht reagieren. Überall steht das sie mehr kontrollieren wollen und strenger sind aber ich hab das Gefühl die betreiber können machen wie sie wollen und das ausnutzen grad wenn Leute süchtig sind.

Wie Sie sehen können bin ich wirklich verzweifelt und finanziell ruiniert. Ich schicke es nur damit ihr sieht das es der Wahrheit entspricht.

Ich kann nicht verheimlichen wie enttäuscht ich bin aber ich hätte es mir denken können. Erst hqt mich der Betreiber zerstört und jetzt möchten sie natürlich das Geld behalten. Ich frage euch habt ihr die Möglichkeit mit dem GCB direkt in Kontakt zu gehen oder nur per mail???

We've reached out to our contacts at the Curacao Gaming Control Board. Sadly they've declined to engage with your case, or the implications of allowing their licensees to encourage players to engage in strongly harm correlated behaviour, as has been seen in your case.

The only response we've received from the GCB representative that we contacted has been:

"An ADR and complaints policy will be issued shortly"

Found Against the Operator - Nitrobet Casino has very clearly exploited this player's vulnerability. Sadly the Curacao GCB chose not to review the case.

Ich brauche dringend Hilfe, mein Fall läuft seit dem 26.11.24, seit dem Tag diskutiere ich mit dem betreiber weil sie mich dazu genötigt haben immer und immer mehr zu spielen. Mein Spielverhalten war sehr offensichtlich. Ich habe dem vip Manager mehrfach geschrieben das ich nicht mehr kann, das ich mehr verloren habe als was ich habe. Das ich am Limit bin und völlig verzweifelt. Er hat mir geraten da ich eh schon viiel verloren habe höhere Einzahlungen zu machen um höhere Einsätze zu machen. Das wäre die Taktik um meine Verluste zurück zu holen. Auszahlungen wurden einfach storniert oder extra lange stehen gelassen damit ich sie wieder verliere. Ich habe dann am 26.11.24 deutlich nach der Schliessung gefragt und darauf wurde auch nur so halb herzig reagiert bis ich endlich im Chat jemanden mal erwischt habe der dann das Konto geschlossen hat. Das Casino wollte mir erst ein Teil zurück geben und dann kam eine mail vonwegen das konto ist geschlossen ( was ich schon wusste) und die reagieren nicht mehr auf meine mails. Solange ich für die geld gebracht habe war ich gut , dann als ich nicht mehr konnte wurde ich einfach ignoriert. Ich habe alle mails, chats, Einzahlungen die offensichtlich mit ein spielproblem zu tun hatten aufbewahrt. Ich wurde nicht einmal gefragt ob ich ein Limit setzen will oder irgendwie das meine Konten geprüft wurden nichts…. Es wurden 14 tausend euro in 6 tagen einbezahlt und das soll normal sein. Ich schreibe das ich am ende bin und das soll gelogen sein laut Casino. Wo ist da der Schutz.??? Ich brauche dringend eure Hilfe da ich wirklich verzweifelt bin. Bitte antwortet mir so schnell wie möglich. Ich hsbe momentan gar kein Geld nehr und das Intressente denen überhaupt nicht.
