my husband is a successful entrepreneur. From time to time I provide assistance in running a business. The legislation of my country allows joint business activities of spouses. Business income allows me not to work as an employee. I have already provided this information to the casino.

Moreover, I have never used business funds for casino games. Source of funds - winnings received from other casinos.

In connection with the above, I cannot provide payrolls for objective reasons.

If you are being paid in a non-conventional manner, where your earnings are being paid outside of standard payroll reporting, you would have to submit a tax return to your government. You will need to provide that in this instance.

Due to the fact that I provide assistance to my spouse only periodically and, most importantly, free of charge, in accordance with the tax laws of my country, filing a tax return is not necessary.

Due to the fact that I am currently unemployed, I am unable to provide pay slips for objective reasons.

However, if you cannot evidence a legal source of funds - which so far you cannot, you claim to have been paid by your husband's business but can provide no supporting documentation to evidence that you were in any way entitled to those payments or reported them appropriately for tax recording purposes - then the funds in question cannot be asserted to legally belong to you. Based on this substantive gap in documentation the funds in question would be viewed as legally belonging to the 3rd party that sent them to you.

Whether or not you have had wins with other gambling operators using these funds would be irrelevant if the funds put into play with those gambling operators do not legally belong to you.

Your assertion that the funds in question were legally yours may or may not be true. But without a clear paper trail to evidence this claim, we cannot support you further.

Unfortunately this does not address our concerns about your case. 

In the first instance, you are now changing your claimed source of funds. Rather than being able to evidence your income that was derived from your husband's business as you have asserted throughout this conversation, you now claim that your funds are derived from the sale of a vehicle which has never previously been mentioned.

The point of a Source of Wealth check is to verify that the funds you <strong>actually used to deposit</strong> belonged to you. Not simply to show that through some combination of funds you could have hypothetically afforded to play. 

Secondly, the document in question offers us no way to verify it. It shows no branding or logos. In fact, it doesn't even have the addresses of the parties involved. 

I'm sorry, but at this juncture there is nothing we can do to assist you with this matter. You are free to submit this document to the operator and they may accept it, but we cannot act on your behalf.

 I have trouble with OddsRing casino, formerly known as Twin casino. The casino deliberately doesn't accept submitted documents that meet the stated requirements.
 
 After the request for verification, various documents were sent to the casino.
 
 On March 25, I completed and submitted the "Source of Wealth - Questionnaire"
 
 On March 28, I sent documents confirming funds received as winnings from another casino to make a deposit at Twin Casino:

 the transaction history of my Skrill payment wallet, which shows the receipt of winnings from the casino.
 
 On May 08, I sent the following documents to the casino:
 
 Skrill statement for the last 3 months (02/07/2023 - 05/08/2023). The preamble of the statement contains my personal data: Customer ID, email.
 
 The Skrill payment system statement does not contain my personal data, such as first and last name, address and phone number. In this regard, I provide you - A screenshot of my personal Skrill profile with my personal data: last name and first name, address, phone number, Customer ID, email.

 The casino did not accept these documents, asking them to provide them in the best quality, but an extract from the Skrill payment wallet indicating the name and surname. to do this, I contacted Skrill directly with a request to send a statement in accordance with the requirements of Twin Casino.
 
 On May 12, I sent the previously sent documents in good quality to Twin Casino, as well as a Skrill statement indicating the name and surname.
 
 On June 12, I sent a Skrill statement for the last 3 months, indicating the counterparties and my personal data.
 
 But, the documents were not accepted again!!!
 
 Now the casino is asking me for a tax return for 2022 (even though I registered an account in March 2023) and despite the fact that I constantly indicated that I only used funds from winnings at another casino to play at the casino.
 
 None of the casinos had such problems when passing verification! Moreover, having studied the information about the casino license, I hoped to receive high-quality services, but instead, for 3 months I send various documents for verification.
