Hi hell-boy-50 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Unfortunately there are several groups of US facing casinos that are applying minimum activity rules to force players to deposit and gamble if they want to receive cashouts.
This is an entirely unethical practice and as such these casinos reside on our Blacklist.
Alongside this, these groups are entirely unregulated so there really is no 'authority' to take your issue to.
As discussed over email, it's unlikely that this group will respond to complaints posted here, but if you provide me with your username and email address at Onbling I'll contact them and see.
The harsh truth here is that I would strongly discourage you from making any further deposits to this casino, meaning that your remaining balance in all likelihood is gone.

OnBling
Player's Complaint
About a year ago I signed up at Onbling and I played there once in a while. My account was verified and they paid me.
In June I was extremely lucky to win about 28k. I withdrew this balance in instalments. The max amount I could withdraw was only 1000$ each fortnight. That's is poor imo but at least they would pay me.
However, in October they stopped paying me. They told me that they make a security check that could take up to 60 business days. I found that check is redundant and annoying but I had to accept it.
I thought they would go on paying me after 60 days but they do not do so. They keep on declining the withdrawals I request and now they come up with a different reason. They say they do not pay any more because I made no deposits in the last 30 days. Strange but true.
Why would I make deposits when I have got a balance of about 21k and I am not being paid any more since some months? That would not make sense. Thus, the reason they give me is a bogus reason and they should finally send my balance to me.
Onbling does not even reply when I email them. And there seem to be many more players who are not being paid by them because there are complaints on other forums, too. Players are advised to avoid this casino.
Is Onbling broke? But why do they keep on accepting deposits if they cannot pay their winners anymore? Or do they simply not want to pay their winners? That would mean they are thieves.

Hi hell-boy-59,
Apologies for the extended delays. I have contacted Onbling casino repeatedly regarding this issue. I haven't received any response from them what-so-ever.
As I mentioned in my first response, beyond contacting them there really isn't any other avenue I can pursue this issue through.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help,
