Any flicker in your connection - and to be clear, this may not even be noticable to you in the rest of your activity - will result in you being disconnected from the game and losing that round. What you describe is indicative of an internet connection that was not sufficiently stable to ensure you could complete the gaming rounds. The operator would not be responsible for your internet connection.

Furthermore, even where this was to be a genuine issue with the game itself, if you experience an issue that hasn't been resolved by the operator, you should stop playing. I didn't have any flickers how the heck.dp.you think I won up to 10000 dollars it wasn't eith bad jnternet and u know when It says stage time out in big red kietters for about 5nsecobds that's a red light. It usually says stage time out when you can't place your bet because your were to late not at the end when your cashing out in the other hand why would the give me some of a compensation and then rip me off for the other 30 dollars. I'm quite sure if they weren't at fault they wouldn't have paid towards it.

I would when it says the wrong error at the end o ly when I'm trying g to cash out you guys are in the wrong and it shows that you take advantage if people. I understand the game and I understand jnternet connection at wasn't a momentary 1 second thing this is me clicking the cashout button multiple times for up to 5 seconds with no lag at all. I run the highest quality internet. I would spreciate it if you just accepted responsibility instead of making oetty excuses. Thus is what shows hoe money hungry you guys are I'm a contractor I don't need the money but I will definitely stand for what's right and I wonder how may others have fell victim to you online casino. Atlease in good faith to show you care correct the funds that you games multiple errors took my hard earned money.stop making up excuses. Found for the Operator - Aviator type games require a completely stable internet connection.

For once in my life imwas finally winning I thought it was a dream. I had hit a big win on the slots and decided to play it big on a game called aviator that was on the onlywin online casino. I must have been dreaming, I couldn't believe that I had made it up to 2000$ let alone that while playing the aviator game I made it up to 10000 $. . I kept asking myself if this was a dream and saying this can't be real there is no way . Slowly ,yndream turned into a nightmare. While playing on 1 of the rounds I had started bettion $100 dollars in both the slots because you could have 2 bets at the same time. This totalled 200$. I was playing and as I go to cash out it didn't allow me it said stage timed out. I clicked and clicked and itmwouldnt allow me to cash out and then the plane took off along with my bet. I went strait to support and made a complaint.nover the day I continued to loose some money I had one and it was fair but the stage timeout happened 3 more times . After the 3rd time while making the complaint yet again I figured I'd play my last 70 dollars I had 1 bet as 50$ and 1 bet as 20 $. As I'm conversating with the support in the background it stage timed me out again and took my 70$ that I had bet . It's now January 22nd and this had happened early December. I faught and faught and felt so belittled. Felt like I wasn't valued as a VIP member and like imwas being treated extremely unfairly and as if I were a liar. I had asked for something anything because finally they had broke me I said I'd settle for 100$ at 1x wager. How petty I'd have to not only accept 1/7th of my bets that we unfairly taken from me but I'd have to wager to keep them especially since what they took from me was my hard earned money. They gave me 70$ but it was on anrediculous wager amount and to my understanding I'd be able to receive the other 30 now they are going back on their word and won't even give me the other 30$ idk what to do or how to get my 670$ back can someone here please help me. I'm tired hurt and feel demoralized. It's actually really effected me mentally I feel like I've been degraded sadly.
