See MANISH TANWAR is the account provided by parimatch platform through SCAN to pay option. After scanning we do get his UPI details right?

As parimatch has said to chargeback the funds as they couldn't credit my funds in the wallet, I have approached bank for chargeback. So bank has confirmed that the funds have been credited successfully and couldn't chargeback my funds. They asked the recipient statement for checking the funds have been credited or not. If funds have been not credited to him then they can do something for me.

But here funds have been credited successfully to the person which was given by parimatch  and later on they informed that due to risk team analysis test has been not passed my funds have been declined. But I didn't do anything in the statement and if they reject it they should have refunded the amount to the same upi but they didn't. They kept the funds with them and looted me with false assumptions on me

How many days does it take to contact them?
And they would say that as per their internal policy they cannot proceed for the request and couldn't deposit the money. But I am the one who lost the amount here by believing them and if they couldn't deposit they should have refunded the amount to the same bank account but they didn't. Why they should keep my money with them?

What do you mean by original documents? Are you referring to the bank statement or anything else? The message screenShots which I have shared wasn't available now because it's been a long time ago. Please describe it briefly so that I can share it.

I have received a notification letter from Parimatch that I have reached a chargeback request. They are giving a warning that it would be the last warning and that if in case I proceed with another chargeback, they will be blocking my account permanently. I know they would block also. I don't care but I need the judgment.

By 'original documents you may have submitted during verification', we mean the information that you provided the operator when they asked you to confirm you you truly were. Yes, this is usually a picture of yourself, a document for identification, and proof of address.

These need to be the original ones you sent, not new ones you take now.

Please provide this documentation so we can look forward into the case for you.

We cannot accept screenshots.

Attached the bank statement without password.

It was done through my bank and they have said that the amount was received by them and rejected due to some of their risk analysis team. If they reject it they should have credited back my funds to the same account of mine but they didn't and they are sending a warning for me for raising chargeback request through you.

This is completely wrong if they do not do any fraud why they are hesitating to provide the proofs and why do they send me a warning notice.

And here is the password-free doc which was sent through mail too.

I have deposited 30000 rupees on Jan 20th 2026 through UPI and they have said that the funds have not credited for few days and I have contacted the bank and get to know that the funds have been successfully credited to the merchant.

I have forwarded the statement to the Parimatch support team and they have said that it did not pass risk team analysis and couldn't process the request further and closed the request. If I ask about money they said to contact bank and bank confirmed that for successful transaction they couldn't help.

Now parimatch is not responding to my complaint and saying that they couldn't reopen the ticket as it was closed.

Please help me on this and I have complained the same with other websited and parimatch didn't reply on those sites and escaped.
