I understand that my previous complaint in August could not be assisted at that time. However, I am contacting you again only because there are new developments and new evidence which were not available earlier.



Since August, I have been in continuous communication with my bank and finally received an official letter confirming that my bank account money was frozen due to a fraudulent/unauthorised transaction sent by Parimatch’s payment agent. I have already submitted this document to Parimatch, and after receiving it, "Parimatch accepted the issue from their side and repeatedly promised through multiple emails that I would receive my funds soon".



Unfortunately, despite their confirmations, the situation has only worsened:



Every time a different support agent replies with inconsistent information



They keep asking for the same documents again and again



They send irrelevant responses (withdrawal, deposit, unrelated templates)



After I explain everything once more, they again promise resolution but nothing happens



There has been no real progress for more than three months



I am only requesting your assistance because Parimatch themselves acknowledged the issue, promised a refund, and then stopped responding meaningfully.



I am not trying to resubmit the same old claim—I am trying to provide updated evidence that shows the casino’s payment agent caused the issue, and Parimatch had committed to resolving it.



I kindly request you to please reconsider my case and, if possible, contact Parimatch to ensure they honour their own promises and release my frozen funds as soon as possible.



I will be happy to provide the bank’s official letter, screenshots of Parimatch’s email confirmations, and any other documents needed.

None of this changes the facts. Your bank is the party that both holds the funds and has taken action. Your bank are the party that can choose to release the funds.

I fully understand that the bank is the authority that has frozen the funds. However, my request is not about asking you to release the frozen amount. The core problem is that the bank confirmed the transaction from Parimatch’s payment agent was unauthorised/fraudulent, and because of this, Parimatch themselves admitted the issue was from their payment agent’s side.



Based on that, Parimatch promised multiple times in writing that they would refund the amount, but after those assurances, they stopped responding properly and continue giving inconsistent or irrelevant replies.



I am only requesting, if possible, a simple communication or inquiry from your side to Parimatch, asking them to provide a clear and final response regarding the refund they already agreed to. Since Parimatch is not responding meaningfully to me anymore, even a basic request from your team could help them address the promised refund.



If this is absolutely not possible, I understand and will not submit any further requests. I just wanted to explain the situation clearly once, as I have been struggling with this for several months.

That the bank has determined that the transaction was "fraudulent" is solely the bank's determination. This is not a legal authority or a court. Just one private business's claims about another.

We understand your frustration, but this is a matter you need to address via the bank.

Dear CasinoReview Team,



I am writing to request your assistance and intervention regarding a serious, unresolved issue with Parimatch, involving a fraudulent transaction processed through their payment agent. This incident has resulted in a large amount of money in my bank account being frozen, and Parimatch has failed to provide any proper resolution despite repeated attempts from my side.



Summary of the Issue:

On 3rd July, I made a withdrawal of ₹6,000 from my Parimatch account. The amount was credited to my bank account, but later my bank informed me that the transferred amount was identified as unauthorised/fraudulent, originating from Parimatch’s payment agent. Due to this, my bank placed a hold on my entire account balance of ₹3,93,261, which remains frozen.

My bank officially confirmed that the credited amount was flagged as fraudulent, and I have attached their communication for reference.

Documents Provided to Parimatch:

Bank letter about the frozen funds

Official email from the bank confirming the fraudulent transfer

Complete bank account statement

Withdrawal/transaction details

All screenshots and communications related to the issue



I have submitted all required documents multiple times, Parimatch’s support team confirmed through email many times that no further documents are needed and "I would receive my money soon". However, even after those confirmations, there has been no progress and no funds credited to my account.

Parimatch’s Response So Far:

Their replies remain vague, repeatedly stating the issue has been forwarded to the “responsible department” or “payment service provider.”

They repeatedly ask for the same documents even though I have already provided them multiple times.

Support agents give inconsistent or irrelevant responses.

An initial ticket (#37844966) was created and later closed without resolution.

A new ticket (#5062273) was generated afterward, but there has been no progress or proper update.

Chat support continues to tell me to “wait” with no timeline or clarity.

It has now been about above three months since the incident, and despite my patience and full cooperation, Parimatch has not given any meaningful update, explanation, or resolution.
