Before we go any further - in over a decade of operation we have never encountered a single instance of a casino operator legitimately being 'hacked' that has resulted in an account being accessed by an unknown 3rd party. 

What we have seen on numerous occasions is players who have given 3rd parties - whether intentionally or inadvertently due to not keeping their log in details secure - access to their account.

The article you referenced shows clear communication between the 'victim' and the 'hacker', so this is a case of the offending party trying to manipulate the victim into providing access to their account.

Specifically, how did this 3rd party gain access to your account?

Hello! Thank you for the information on the situations discussed earlier.
However, in my case, the scammers did not get access to my mail. My casino account was hacked and my $ 600 charged.
I didn’t give anyone my login details, I didn’t follow any links. The login information for my account was provided by the casino! If the casino asked personal questions or asked for documents, the scammers would not be able to use my money.
I found out about the problem only when I could not log into my account due to an incorrect password.
I also want to provide you with screenshots of my correspondence with the casino and additional information. What email address can I send to?

Specifically what evidence do you have to support the claim that the operator gave access to your account to a 3rd party? We have never encountered an operator - or indeed any financial institution -  who will reset a password without an email reset or security questions being answered.

Parimatch have a standard password reset feature, that would require anyone resetting your account password to have access to your email account. If you are claiming that there is no possibility that anyone other than yourself has had access to your email account, then they would also have had to change the email address associated with your account via Customer Support. To do that they would need to be able to provide your personal information/ID. And this leads us back to the question, how would they obtain such information?

So, before we can go any further we need you to explain exactly what evidence you have that has lead you to conclude that Parimatch has given access to your account to an unapproved 3rd party?

08/03/2021 during the day I could not log into my account. Initially, there was a message that the login and password were entered incorrectly, after that, due to several incorrect password and login entries, the account was blocked for 30 minutes, please try again later. This went on for several hours. Then I decided to try resetting the password. After the password was reset and I finally got access to my account, I discovered that instead of $ 646, there was only $ 46 left in my account.I updated my account several times, but the $ 600 was never returned. Going into the transaction history, I saw that my $ 600 was withdrawn to the bitcoin wallet on 08/08/2021 at 00:13. Further, going to the history of deposits, I saw that the account was replenished from the bitcoin wallet on 2.08.2021 at 00:01. Recovering from what I saw and realizing that money had been stolen from me, I began an investigation.
At Parimatch casino, in order to make a withdrawal to another method, it is not enough just a deposit, you still need to win back your deposit. In the history of bets, I saw that a bet of $ 20 was made on 08/02/2021 00:02. As I understood, this rate was on some event.
PLEASE NOTE, I have never made such bets, in the entire history of my account I have played only spin and baccarat.
In the mail, I did not have any letters about this deposit and withdrawal. But in the mail I saw a password reset letter for 08/01/2021 11:47 PM. I remind you that I did not reset the password on 08/01/2021, I could not even imagine that there were already fraudsters in my account.
Realizing that I was hacked and taking the address of the bitcoin wallet from the history of withdrawals and deposits, I started looking for information on them in the Internet and found an article that I had previously sent you. The article contained the same wallet that went with my money. With the provision of all the information listed above, I contacted the casino. In response, the casino immediately asked me for documents, hiding the fact that the problem was massive, because already 2 accounts had the same problem at the same time.
While the casino was silent and did not give me answers, I continued my investigation.
I wondered how the scammers were able to access my casino account without having access to my mail. After analyzing the information on the Internet, I came to the conclusion: the scammers did not need access to my mail at all. Since having hacked the casino, they generated password reset emails inside the casino, and when the link was generated to reset the password and sent to the player's email, they simply withdraw the link and, without hacking my email, got access to the password reset link and thus access to my account.

I am very sorry that being robbed through the fault of the casino and having all possible evidence, which I consider sufficiently well-reasoned, they do not hear me and do not try to solve my problem at all. The casino didn’t provide any worthwhile proof of my guilt, but nevertheless immediately proceeded to accuse me.
I understand that my word and my evidence do not mean anything against such a giant as Parimatch, but the casino is well aware of the events of that night and the casino simply does not consider it necessary to compensate for what was lost through their fault.
The casino has taken a position: offense is the best defense.
I ask you to understand the situation and restore justice.

If the above is the sum total of what you have in terms of evidence, you do not have any evidence. You have something that you don't understand, so you have jumped to the conclusion that the operator must have been hacked. 

The reality here is that practically, it would be far easier for a 'hacker' to gain access to your email account than it would be to hack an operator's account system. Personal email addresses being hacked is a common occurrence, either via manipulating the individual into revealing the information necessary to access it, inadvertently downloading a virus or even using weak password construction/the same password on accounts with other services. 

More significantly, logically the conclusions you've reached make no sense. If a hacker had got into the Parimatch systems, why would they only target your account? For a grand total of $600? If someone had managed to get into the Parimatch system in this fashion, we would be seeing dozens of complaints about this and in all likelihood the people would have targeted the accounts with huge balances, not a few hundred dollars.

Without actual proof that the operator really were hacked, I'm afraid there is nothing we can do to support you here. The operator will simply point to their terms stipulating that you are responsible for the security of your own account access information.

We're not on anyone's side. Parimatch are not an that will ultimately be listed negatively on this site due to their non-cooperative approach to other complaints.

However, there is nothing in the information you have provided that would come even close to substantiating your claim. The fact remains that if someone has gained unauthorised access to your account it almost certainly happened due to a failure at your end to keep your account information secure. 

As far as 'strange behaviour' goes, if the party in question has had the log in information for your account, the operator would not view using a different payment method as substantively problematic.

I'm sorry but there is nothing further we can do to assist you.

 I have a serious problem with Parimatch Casino and I need your help to resolve it.
 To my great regret and surprise, my account was hacked, and $ 600 was withdrawn from my account to the bitcoin wallet.
 I was able to see the lack of funds only on August 3, because I could not enter my account due to its blocking by the casino due to the fact that the wrong password was entered. Although I entered the correct one and did not even imagine that I was among the victims of hackers who hacked the casino system.
 I did not contact the casino with a password recovery request on August 01 at 11:47 pm.
 Also, I have never withdrawn money to a bitcoin wallet and do not have it at all!
 In confirmation of the withdrawal of my funds by fraudsters, I am sending you an article posted in the public domain. A transfer was made to the Bitcoin address indicated in the article from the address to which my $ 600 went, which indicates a criminal scheme. Just like in the article, I had letters in the mail about password recovery, which I didn’t repeat.
 I believe that the casino has not taken proper measures to safeguard my funds.
 And I should not be held liable, let alone incur losses due to the fault of the casino!
 At the very least, casinos should have alerted:
 
 request for password recovery;
 
 change the method of deposit / withdrawal of funds;
 
 minimum deposit and large withdrawal.
 
 And, I want to note, these actions were carried out within a couple of hours! Where did the casino security service look, why did they not request personal information and documents for identification? If the casino used at least minimal protection methods, then no loss of funds from the account would have occurred! The scammers would not have been able to provide my personal documents.
 I beg you to help me get my $ 600 back. For me, this is a significant amount, which I do not want to lose due to a casino oversight.
