Abandoned – The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our requests for additional information. As such we assume that they’ve managed to resolve their issue on their own.

I hereby formally request a comprehensive, individual, and fully detailed response addressing all the concerns outlined below. Your reply must include clear reasoning and full legal justification for each action taken regarding my accounts. Please be advised that generic or copy-pasted responses will be considered a failure to engage in good faith, constituting a breach of contract under applicable UK law.

Should this issue remain unresolved within three working days, I will be compelled to initiate formal legal proceedings through the appropriate consumer courts, invoking provisions of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, and the relevant Gambling Commission regulations.

It is apparent that your team has repeatedly failed to thoroughly read and address my communications or correctly apply your own Terms and Conditions. Such conduct breaches your obligations under the UK Gambling Commission’s Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP). You refunded the card ending in 8200 on grounds of breach of terms, yet refused to issue a refund on the card ending in 7217, despite identical circumstances and significantly higher deposits. This amounts to arbitrary and unfair discrimination, in violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999, and the UK Gambling Commission Social Responsibility Code (5.1.1). Your failure to resolve this matter within your stated maximum timeframe of three working days violates the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999, and the UK Gambling Commission’s Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP). Additionally, your failure to initiate contact while continuing to accept deposits breaches Social Responsibility Code 5.1.4, reflecting a serious dereliction of duty.
