Hello,

I am contacting you regarding my PinoCasino account and the fact that I was able to gamble despite having previously informed N1 Casino that I have a gambling problem and that I do not want to gamble ever again.

Before I played on PinoCasino, I had already clearly informed N1 Casino that I was addicted to gambling, that I did not want to gamble anymore, and that I wanted my accounts to be permanently blocked.

**I did not merely ask for my N1 Casino account to be closed. I explicitly told you that I was addicted to gambling and that I never wanted to gamble again, anywhere. I made it clear that I wanted to be prevented from gambling across all of your services and brands, not just on one individual account.**

PinoCasino is operated by **N1 Interactive Ltd**, the same licensee as N1 Casino. Therefore, my previous communication regarding problematic gambling and my request for permanent exclusion is directly relevant to my PinoCasino account.

The Malta Gaming Authority states that when a self-exclusion request is made because of problematic gambling, the player must be self-excluded from all brands operated by the same licensee.

This is therefore **not a normal account-closure situation**. I had explicitly disclosed that I was addicted to gambling and that I wanted to stop gambling permanently.

I want you to investigate:
1. My original communication with N1 Casino regarding my gambling addiction and request for permanent exclusion.
2. Whether this information was available to N1 Interactive Ltd when my PinoCasino account was accessible.
3. Why I was able to access and gamble on PinoCasino despite having already disclosed my gambling problem and requested permanent exclusion.
4. The exact date and time when my self-exclusion should have been applied across N1 Interactive’s brands.
5. All deposits, wagers and gambling activity on my PinoCasino account after my original self-exclusion/problem-gambling request.

I also request a **refund of all deposits made and losses incurred on PinoCasino after I had already informed N1 Casino about my gambling addiction and requested permanent exclusion**, as I believe I should not have been permitted to gamble after that point.

Please treat this as a **formal responsible-gambling complaint** and escalate it to your responsible gambling/compliance team.

I expect a detailed written explanation rather than a generic account-closure response.

If this matter cannot be resolved directly with you, I will consider escalating the matter to the Malta Gaming Authority together with my previous correspondence, timestamps, account history and evidence of my self-exclusion request.
