I have just received this from the casino. I find it incredibly absurd. I have checked all the terms and conditions again and basically they are accusing me that I did fraudulent activity?
This is a joke.
I only play on roulette on the same number everytime and in every casino. This is the first time something that crazy happens.

I was under thousands of euro before win and in fact I needed 6500 bets in total to win. I have video evidence of my gameplay.

The closed my account and said I won’t get paid because they simply said something related to terms and condition on fraudulent activity.



I really did not do anything and this actually shocked me as they told me I could trust them and they would have paid me.



They stopped to reply my emails.



Of course I have all the evidences, video included on my gameplay

I also would like to specify that as I was authorised by them to play both from Poland and Italy so I did.

However, having my polish SIM card inserted, the 19 of December I was in Poland. From 20 of December till today I’m in Italy.

When I played I was playing both from home and when I was outside but having the polish SIM card in the mobile phone it is normal that it resulted that I was connected from Italy and then poland in few minutes because simply I had the SIM card inserted. I can attach my flight ticket and bank statement proofing my expenses only in Italy

Found Against the Operator - Despite our repeated efforts to contact PokerBet Casino to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

I will now describe the events. I have a drive folder Google with 150 evidences on my gameplay and everything : ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
19 December: I register myself in the platform and before to deposit I contact the support to ask: general limit of withdrawal according to terms and conditions, wagering, if I could play deposit and withdrawal both from Poland and Italy as I’m Italian resident in Italy but I often time am in Poland, and how to verify my KYC in advance in order to avoid problems like past experiences in other platforms.

The support promptly replied and I send my docs which are verified. I deposit 500€ and lost, then deposit 1000 and start to win arriving to approx 2025€. I want to withdraw



20 December: support asks me to submit my card used to deposit and I immediately do and they say to feel free to request withdraw.



20-30 December: I continue to play with my balance (never used since the beginning any bonus). I start to win a lot, then lose but win again. In the end the 30th of December I arrive to 31.922€ and ask for a withdrawal plan. The 29th of December I request my first withdrawal of 9.000€



30th of December: they ask me to submit a selfie with my Id and a paper where is written date and name of casino in order to start withdraw.I immediately do it.



2nd of January: I receive this communication: As part of our standard procedures, we are conducting a thorough check of your gameplay to ensure everything complies with our terms and conditions.

10th of January: I send an email around 15.20 asking to please give me updates as all of this is very frustrating and I feel scammed. At 15.48 I receive notification in my revolut that the 2 deposits of 19th of December have been ordered for return and I will receive next week.

I start panic as it is weird because in my real balance which was 5 017,56€ there is 1.500€ less, payouts are all pending, and deposits from same operator have ordered for return. To me it seems they just sent me money back while they don’t want to pay all of this legit winnings I did despite the fact I was compliant with everything.



No one then replied me anymore. At this moment writing I can access the website, I’m suspended still, I cannot ask for withdraw the remaining balance and I noticed they created ad hoc bet limits 0-5€ on every game apparently in my profile.



11-30 January: I daily ask them update and I keep receive the same message updated in some word: “we asked the provider to provide the betting information but we did not receive. We are working for you. Be assured you will be notified”



Now, to me it seems clear the need of someone relevant who pushes them and ask for clarification and resolution because it seems they are not interested at all in my disappointment nor I receive valid information.

Everything I obtained is because I push them to reply me.



It is one month I’m living in this absurd situation. I won legit and I feel treated like trash. For me this win represents a life gift and it would change my life and help me and my family in our daily life. I played fair and I would like to get paid of what I won.
