However, their unresponsiveness and apparent negligence have not only caused me financial strain but have also shattered my faith in their integrity as a gambling platform. I implore the POGG Gambling Board to investigate this matter urgently and ensure that my rightfully earned winnings are released promptly. Your intervention is not only crucial for my financial well-being but also serves to maintain the integrity of online gambling platforms for all players involved.

Yes i am Still Nothing from the Verification team. employers do NOT respond in the support chat I'm getting nothing no commutation just silence and i have no money for food im legit starving and gave them my only money i had to my name i appreciate you guys stepping in i hope justice is serviced  as im barley making it and this money is important for my survival as i need food and stuff to get buy until next month if December hard times and this casino is wrong and lies and doesn't care about its customers

Dear Pogg Casino Complaints Department,
 
 I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply troubling and dishonest experience I have had with Pure Casino, which has left me frustrated, anxious, and utterly disillusioned. I registered with Pure Casino after being enticed by promises of swift Bitcoin withdrawals, only to find myself entangled in a web of broken commitments, unresponsiveness, and outright deception.
 
 On October 6th, I won $100 through a free play offer on there platform. Encouraged by the prospect of a seamless withdrawal process, I proceeded to deposit $26 on October 9th, following the instructions provided. However, my optimism quickly turned into despair as the situation unfolded. Despite my prompt verification submission on October 12th, I have yet to receive any meaningful response from the casino's management team, contrary to the assurance I was given that they would reach out promptly.
 
 The lack of communication and transparency is deeply concerning. Despite my attempts to contact the support staff for updates, I have been met with silence or vague, evasive responses. I was repeatedly assured that my withdrawal was within the guidelines and that I was eligible to receive my funds. It has now been almost two weeks, and I am left in the dark, feeling manipulated and cheated.
 
 I am appalled by the dishonest practices and lack of integrity displayed by Pure Casino. I implore you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against the individuals responsible for this blatant mistreatment of customers. I demand the immediate release of my funds, which total $100, as well as a formal apology for the distress and inconvenience caused.
 
 I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and trust that your investigation will lead to a resolution that upholds fairness and justice for all customers. Failure to address this issue adequately has force me to escalate this complaint further through legal channels and regulatory authorities.
