Hi Jaakkoca,

We have discussed thsi with the operator and they have informed us thatthey have already explained to you that you cannot access the €1 balance due to the disproportionate costs associated with processing such a payment.

However, in this case they would like to offer that €1 despite the additional costs.

Would you like to move forward with the payment of €1 from your Quickz Casino account?

Thanks,
CasinoReviews.com Complaints Team

Hey,

Could you explain why they did not honor the cashback promotion from the bet? My dispute is about that;

I made bets because of that promo and the company used that to lure me to bet but did not follow the promotion terms.

Hijacking the balance is unlawful operating practice. And the need of ADR to access the rest of my money should not be the case. It causes disprortioned cost including time from my side.

I femand compensation from my cost side similar reasoning the casino stated.

their claim is untrue. "that they have already explained to you that you cannot access the €1 balance due to the disproportionate costs associated with processing such a payment."

I used to work with business banking clients in a bank. Normal SEPA payment can be made at around 0,2€. This means that the cost is not disproportionate at all. And that they have made this false claim to protect themselves.

Please take into account that Quickz casino made false statements and probably will do false statements again. Therefore their statement is not creditworthy.

Our team is currently waiting on you to answer questions or provide supporting evidence. To move your complaint forward, kindly reply to the latest update from your assigned Dispute Resolution Official.

I have provided my response to you. The contested funds are 76€ as I have stated on the original complaint.

Hi Jaakkoca,

The operator have approved the €1 paymenet that is still in your account. If you wish to request further compensation, that is out of our jurisdiction and you would nee dto take it up with the operator themselves.

Would you still wish to move forward with the €1?

CasinoReviews.com Complaints Team

Hey,

What do you mean? Is out of your jurisdiction?

I participated in a promo which was advertised to me.

But the casino did not follow promotion terms.

I raise this issue to ADR, because it is a clear dispute.

Why can't you act ADR in this case?

Jurisdiction is MGA Casino Malta

We mean that asking for further compensation is not within our juridiction - we cannot dictate whether operators should offer additional compensation to complainants. This can only be done through the operator themselves.

Hey,

It is not additional compensation.

I joined sportspromo that promised 15% cashback.

I followed promotion terms but they did not credit me this cashback as they should have

pe 4.9.2026 klo 16.12 Dispute Resolution Official (CasinoReviews) <complaintreply@casinoreviews.com> kirjoitti:

Hi Jaakkoca,

Apologies, we didn't provide further information.

Quickz Casino have provided us with evidence that the promotion provided for cashback of **up to** 15%, with the applicable percentage determined according to the relevant promotional tiers. It did not provide a flat 15% cashback on every qualifying wager. In your case, you received a 7% cashback in the form of a €34.93 Free Bet, which was credited to your account before the account was closed. The terms also stated that the cashback would be provided in Free Bet form rather than cash funds.

This promotion and subsequent cashback given was therefore provided in accordance with the applicable terms. The Free Bet was not used prior to the account closure and was subsequently forfeited as a consequence of the closure.

If you still wish to take the €1 offer, we'd be happy to facilitate this, but we won't be able to move forward with more than that €1 compensation that Quickz is offering.

CasinoReviews.com Complaints Team

Hi,

Thank you for the clarification. However, I do not agree with your conclusion that the €34.93 Free Bet was simply “forfeited as a consequence of the closure” and that the promotion was therefore provided fairly.

The relevant timeline is important:
- Ghana vs England was played on 23 June 2026 at 23:00 (UTC+3).
- The match ended on 24 June 2026 (UTC+3).
- The end of the match triggered the cashback promotion.
- I contacted Quickz Casino on 26 June 2026 at 16:27 (UTC+3), stating that my account had already been closed.
- The account had in fact been closed before I sent that message.

Therefore, I did not voluntarily forfeit the €34.93 Free Bet. I was prevented from using it because Quickz Casino closed my account.

This distinction is crucial. The fact that the Free Bet was credited to my account before the closure does not mean that I had a reasonable opportunity to use it. The promotion was triggered only after the match ended, and my account was subsequently closed before I had a reasonable opportunity to make use of the benefit.

If Quickz Casino had allowed me continued access to my account and I had simply chosen not to use the Free Bet, I would accept the argument that I forfeited it. That is not what happened here. The casino's own decision to close my account made the Free Bet unusable.

I therefore dispute the statement that the cashback was fully provided in accordance with the applicable terms. A promotional benefit that is technically credited but immediately rendered inaccessible due to the operator's account closure is materially different from a benefit that the customer voluntarily chooses not to use.

I would also ask CasinoReviews to consider the timing of the account closure relative to the cashback being triggered and credited, rather than treating the closure as an unrelated event.

I am not asking for compensation because I failed to use the Free Bet. I am asking for compensation because I was deprived of the opportunity to use a promotional benefit that had already been awarded to me.

Please reconsider the complaint based on the actual chronology and the fact that the Free Bet was forfeited involuntarily as a direct consequence of the account closure, rather than by my own choice.

I would also appreciate it if you could provide the specific promotional term that Quickz Casino relies upon to justify cancelling/forfeiting a Free Bet that had already been credited, together with the exact time at which my account was closed.

Kind regards,

If you do not agree, use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings.

Hey,

Please make a final ruling about this dispute.

I am looking for dispute resolution.

Did Quikz casino act properly when they only gave me one business day to use the free bet before closing my account?

My stance is that generally free bets in the sport betting industry don't expire after 24 hours. And If they do, the expiration time must be communicated to the player, and in this case there was no communication.

T&C doesn't say the time of the expiration. So you need to make a ruling here on what is fair practice. That it is what I use your service for.

So please, decide whether you side with casino or the player in this case.

Dear CasinoReviews Dispute Resolution Team,

I request a final decision on my dispute regarding the €34.93 Free Bet.

The applicable Terms & Conditions state that the Free Bet is valid for **7 days**. However, I was not given the full 7-day period to use it because Quickz closed my account shortly after the Free Bet was awarded.

Therefore, I did not voluntarily allow the Free Bet to expire. **Quickz's account closure prevented me from using the Free Bet during the 7-day validity period specified in the Terms & Conditions.**

I ask CasinoReviews to determine whether Quickz was entitled to deprive me of the Free Bet before the stated 7-day period had expired.

Please issue a final decision on this specific point.

Hey,

I asked the most powerful GenAI, how it would rule the case. **It would rule it in my favour.**

Here are the facts and reasoning and citing material from MGA:

- **1. The Free Bet was already awarded.** This isn't a case where you failed to qualify for the promotion.
- **2. The applicable T&C gave you 7 days to use it.** Quickz's current bonus terms also state that free bets are normally to be used by the specified expiry date, “usually seven days” unless campaign-specific terms say otherwise.
- **3. You did not voluntarily allow the 7 days to expire.** Quickz closed your account before the seven-day period ended, making the Free Bet inaccessible.
- **4. Quickz therefore effectively shortened the contractual usage period.** If the operator wants to say that account closure overrides the seven-day Free Bet period, I would expect the applicable terms to contain a clear provision saying that. Otherwise, the operator is effectively giving you a seven-day benefit on paper but withdrawing your ability to use it before the seven days have elapsed.
- **5. The transparency point supports your position.** MGA material states that promotional conditions and restrictions should be clear and unambiguous, and that ambiguity should be interpreted in the manner least prejudicial to the player.

Dear CasinoReviews,

I have been waiting for a resolution for three months, which is an unreasonable amount of time for a dispute that was submitted in good faith and is still left unresolved.

Despite the considerable time that has passed, I have yet to receive a final decision, a meaningful explanation, or even a clear indication of when this matter will be concluded.

I am therefore requesting that you immediately provide a definitive decision on my dispute, clearly stating:
1. Whether you side with the player or the casino;
2. The specific reasons for your decision;
3. The evidence and arguments you relied upon in reaching that conclusion.

I have already given your service more than enough time to review this matter. I do not consider further indefinite delays or generic status updates to be an acceptable response.

Please treat this as a formal request for a final resolution. After three months, I expect a clear and reasoned decision rather than any further postponement.

I do not accept that communication is cutted off and no response is the final response.

The case is probably handled by some person who has little experience in his/her role.

I will report handling of this case to Consumer Affairs Counsil in Malta.

Because ADR guidelines are currently broken here.

Dear Maltese Consumer Affairs Council,

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the handling of my dispute by Casinoreviews.com’s ADR service.

My case has remained unresolved for approximately **three months**, and I have:
- received no decision on whether the casino or player is favoured;
- received no specific reasons or explanation for the delay;
- been refused a meaningful update despite contacting Casinoreviews.com;
- requested a change of ADR officer due to concerns about the handling of my case.

I have also been informed that one of the ADR staff may be a **trainee without a law degree**. If this person is handling my case, I would like to know whether this is permitted under Maltese ADR requirements and what qualification and supervision requirements apply.

Could you please clarify whether the above procedure complies with applicable Maltese ADR rules and advise what steps I can take regarding the delay and handling of my case?

I can provide all relevant correspondence and case details upon request.

Kind regards,
▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇

Dear CasinoReviews,

I have been waiting for a resolution for three months, which is an unreasonable amount of time for a dispute that was submitted in good faith and is still left unresolved.

Despite the considerable time that has passed, I have yet to receive a final decision, a meaningful explanation, or even a clear indication of when this matter will be concluded.

I am therefore requesting that you immediately provide a definitive decision on my dispute, clearly stating:
1. Whether you side with the player or the casino;
2. The specific reasons for your decision;

Best regards,
▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇

Hi Jaakkoca,

Just because the final resolution is not what you expected, or even what you wanted from the service doesn't mean that it is the wrong one.

Having said that, we never gave a resolution because you refused to answer our questions about what the operator offered. We have our own processes and we answered all your questions, and we feel that the explanations provided were sufficient.

In this instance, please go ahead and discuss this issue with other entities as you see fit, but we will no longer represent you in this case due to lack of cooperation.

No further posts will be approved on this thread. No further dialogue will be engaged about this matter.

This player has chosen to engage in antagonistic behaviour and demanding we follow a GenAI prompt. The team that manages this service have a right to perform their jobs without fear of this type of behaviour and we have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to players acting out in this manner.

I registered to the site. Deposited 500 euros. Placed two live bets to Ghana to win England in World Cup total bet size 499 euro.

Ghana lost.

I logged back to see that my account is closed.

I cannot access my balance 1€.

The casino stated that they will not return this money (See attachment QUICKZ).

Additionally, the site had promotion that on lost bets they refund 15% stake on World Cup live bets.

The casino did not refund this stake-

They should honour the promotion because that was part of the reason I decided to wager the money.

I raise to issue to ADR.

I want refund of my balance 1 euro and addtionally 75 euros because they did not honour the cashback offer.

Best regards,
