Hello, sorry I had a lot going on. To answer your question, they thought I was funded by another person, because I had paypal payments to my father, which were for stuff i needed moving out into my own home. I have proof that I moved out at that time.

Also they asked for my paypal Statement, After they got my bank Statement, which (Paypal) I didnt even use to fund the casino account, since thats not even an option there. Im not even sure if they are „allowed“ to do that.

Hello,

there hasn´t really been much communication with the operator. I messaged them, but every time they send me the same answer. That I was playing for somebody else. They offered no explanation and didnt talk to me about it.

I deleted those emails, since they didnt give me any answer anyway. But I´m sure, that if you ask them, they will give you the same answer I just did. In hindsight I shouldn´t have deleted them, but its to late for that now. Also it doesn´t change that they accused me of something without any proof.

That is an unusual action to have taken both in the modern era, where the sizes of email inboxes are so large that very few people have to delete emails, and given that these emails were specifically relevant to an ongoing dispute you had with an operator over a large sum of money. Beyond that, given the nature of your complaint - that being that the operator appears to believe you have engaged in identity theft/fraud/collusion - that you are not able to provide the core communications that are central to your claim restricts us from engaging a review of core facts before moving forward with your case.

Found Against the Operator - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Bonza Spins to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

Dear thepogg Team, 
 
 
 I have been sportsbetting on rabona for a few months until i accumulated an amount of more than 7600€ with a desposit of 1500€. I started withdrawing money and at first they paid. Then suddenly they asked for verification with id, bank Statement + Paypal payment history. After I provided the last one, they suspended My Account and only gave me my deposit of 1500€ back, with the assumption that i was playing for someone else, which was not the case. Any effort from my side was met with ignorance by rabona. I hope you may ne able to help me. If you need more information, feel free to ask.
