These operators function without appropriate licensing specifically so they do not have to adhere to the standards set out by regulatory authorities surrounding the protection of vulnerable players. As such, the chances of them deciding to take appropriate action in a case like this simply because we asked them to is vanishingly small.

If a player chooses to play with an unlicensed operator, the protections they will offer against gambling addiction will be minimal. Our intervention won't change that.

Hi, As a gambling problem person and with mental health safety in minds three months ago I sent an email to support rabona asking for the permanent closing of my account due to that specific situation, it was clearly stated the reason. They respond to me confirming that my account was closed and to be safe and hoped for my improvement. So I was relieved, but last week I've started to receiving promocional emails from rabona and I found it strange, so I went to check and put my password and the account was open with restrictions or blocks. So I proceed to sent another email stating what was happening and two days later I've got an email telling they re sorry for the error and that this time the account was really closed as per my request.

This last Thursday 11th June I've received yet another promotional email and so I checked as seeing my account again open I couldn't stand the pressure and made several deposits that totaled 850€.

I've tried to communicate with rabona but say their terms and conditions not apply. I have the emails from their end that comproves their fault at my protection.

I want a full refund of 850€ deposited as they do not comply with their terms and failed to protect a player who have said specificaly that suffers from gambling problems.
