I have tried, it’s always a different story and when it comes to with draws I don’t know what to believe. I know they seems to be a bit of a scam and lots of reports written about them and how they don’t pay . Always one reason or another

They told me at the time I could not do bitcoin for withdraw as I did not use bitcoin. Since I used interac deposit, the only way was to do a wire transfer that would take 14 days.

At the time I have over 500 USD that was not suppose to have any rules and when I tried to withdraw it all changed

That’s what I am trying to figure out. It’s always a different story. The promotion said no rules. I know that they want you to play through your deposit and bonus one time. I did that. Then yesterday I spoke to them about it they said when they give a bonus you cannot with draw from it. It’s one mess after another. I think you may be wasting time with this casino as they don’t care about their customers.

With a no rules bonus, it's normal that you will not be able to withdraw the bonus funds themselves. They're for play only. What was the bonus you received?

Abandoned – The submitting complainant has decided they no longer want us to review this issue.

I have been playing this site for a while. Yesterday there was a no rules 320 percent deposit match. No restrictions other than playing the bonus amount once. The total received after the 70 dollar deposit was 224 USD. I played for hours and even had my total over 600 at one time. My deposit method was Interac and that was not an option upon withdraw request which they say would take 7-10 business days which is not really acceptable where some casinos would did it within minutes. This is not the issue. The 100 dollar with draw was denied without a reason. I spoke to support and they told me first I could withdraw at all as I made a deposit via Interac. I was like so you’re stealing my money. They kept avoiding the question and finally disconnected the chat. A little later I went back in again and spoke to a different person and got a different answer. I was told I have to play and try to get the balance up to 300 and something before I could with draw.

I have seen a lot of complaints regarding this site and that they were sued a few times now. I asked for my original deposit back and again couldn’t do it as it was Interac payment.

I am not only wanting my 70 USD deposit back, I want 1000 USD extra for the lies and manipulation this site has offered. I have attached the original banner for the promotion.
