Same residence. I have but my account was first created on my device and also when I won the jackpot it was on my own device as well..

Effectively all online gambling operators restrict the number of accounts that can be registred at an address to one. Where more than one account is opened at an address that will almost certainly result in payment issues if one of the accounts wins. Whilst we will try to contact the operator on your behalf, you have played with an unlicensed gambling operator and given the circumstances the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Only gambling operators who hold a license with the relevant authority within your state of residence are legal. If they do this will always be displayed in the footer of their site with a link to a license verification page. Any other gambling operator is accepting traffic from your state in breach of US law.

Found Against the Operator - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Raging Bull Slots to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

I have been so frustrated trying to cash out my winnings for the last almost 2 months with this casino. I won the jackpot for Mighty Drums on March 11, 2024 around midnight @ 12:00 AM. It has been nothing but a nightmare dealing with their customer service. My daughter had deposited $30 using her card for me to play and she had also put a bonus in for me. I use the money to play with her permission and authorization and I even completed the playthrough balance which I don't remember how much it was exactly but I know it was a couple thousands like maybe three or $4,000 playthrough. After winning, I contacted them and they needed to verify my card information and also get a written consent from my daughter that I was authorized to play with her card info. Which we did that, and they kept saying 48 hours to 72 hours. And then next thing you know we're stuck here waiting almost 2 months. After everything was verified, we thought that everything was good. And for us to be able to do a wire transfer through my bank. But they couldn't use my bank account because it is a credit union and I guess they don't have a swift code. So I went and opened a bank account with PNC and they do have a Swift code. After I provided them that bank information, they told me that I need to have some spending transactions on it. Which I did, and then they asked me for my bank statement and so I downloaded the PDF file I sent to them via email all the while I also had requested my bank to send me a physical paper mail of my bank statement. And once I sent them my PDF, they wanted to accuse me of saying that I edited my bank statement and that it's not real. And so after I sent them my actual bank statement when it came in, I took a picture of it and the next thing you know they said my account can't have a zero balance and for me to come back when it's not in zero balance, but all they were asking for in the beginning was to have transactions which it did... It's always one thing after another, every time I get onto the chat none of the agents know what's going on and sometimes when I email them, they never respond to me and they are supposed to give me a reference code every single time that an email is sent to them. I can say that the majority of the time I don't get any reference number. And I always have to resend the same thing over and over, and they're always just trying to find a way to delay from paying me. The agents will always just say that we will escalate the case number but that's about it. This is really really upsetting especially because I want rightfully won and I wasn't just using a free bonus code I have actually put money to play and they said 72 hours and now it's past 2 months and still they will not pay me and I have done everything they've asked I've turned in all the information and documents of verification. Everything!!!  Please if you can help me I have exhausted all of my efforts, resources, and I don't know what else to do or who to even contact. This is my last resort, I hope that you will be able to help and resolve this issue for me... I will be forever grateful to you all. Thank you so much for your time and assistance in this matter. I truly appreciate your time in reviewing my issue.
