I just logged in to check and saw that there are 4 replies from you.
I ask for your understanding regarding this communication problem, and if the current complaint is still open, please accept my response in substance:

Yes, I already had exactly such correspondence with Rajabets support. In this correspondence I have attached 3 screenshots showing my attempts to place smaller and smaller bets and the inability to place even a bet of 100 INR (€1.19). My attempts were on soccer bets from the World Cup that was being played at the time. All bookmakers offered limits on World Cup matches many times higher than on Major soccer leagues. And I didn't have the opportunity to bet even €1 in Rajabets, as seen in the screenshots.

I am glad that you have communication with the operator. I am sending you my complete correspondence with Rajabets (PDF file from Gmail) + 3 screenshots regarding the bet limit, which screenshots they have already received attached to my letters.
Since I can't find an option to attach files here, I'm sending them to complaints@thepogg.com from the email I'm registered with you and indicating the current complaint.

My Rajabets account was at zero because they canceled my balance due to an outstanding bonus rollover.
Today I deposited INR 880 (about €10) to check the limits in question.
I tried with a bet size of 100 INR (about €1.14) on the following events:

1. Sport: soccer; match: Borussia Monchengladbach vs Werder Bremen;
markets: 1X2, total goals, handicap.
2. Sports: tennis; match: Alcaraz, Carlos vs Sinner, Jannik;
markets: match winner, game handicap, set handicap.

All my attempts failed due to limit exceeded. I tried to bet even less - 50 INR (about €0.57) on Borussia Monchengladbach, but even that amount was not accepted.

I have documented everything I wrote. I am sending to complaints@thepogg.com 9 screenshots.

Please accept as true my thesis that due to the limitation by the bookmaker, I was not able to roll over the bonus.

Yes, today I made these attempts and they were successful. Bets of 100 INR (€1.13) were placed at odds of 5.00, 10.00, and 15.00. Additionally, I found notifications in my account with the following text:

"You’re not able to make the bet because you have limitations on the sportsbook. The total odds limit of a bet slip is Min: 3.1 Max: -- "

As can be seen from the attached screenshot, they were generated on March 17, after each of my unsuccessful attempts to place a bet, for which I have already sent you screenshots. The additional information provided by these notifications leads to a final clarification of my case.

And so:
I have received the Welcome Sports Bonus, and the rules are here:

I have also taken a screenshot of the rules, which clearly shows that the bonus rollover must be done at a minimum odds of 1.90.

But after a few winning bets, Rajabets limited my ability to bet by changing the minimum odds requirement from 1.90 to 3.10. They violated the terms of the deal we had already agreed upon. They violated our bonus deal, as a result of which I suffered damages - due to the inability to complete the rollover, they confiscated the balance from my account.

At the time Rajabets breached our bonus deal, I had a balance of 70,200 INR, which was formed as follows:
15,000 INR - deposit
22,500 INR - added bonus
32,700 INR - realized profits from bets
70,200 INR - total

I find it fair that they will keep the bonus amount they added (22,500 INR) and will restore my deposit (15,000 INR) and the profit I realized (32,700 INR) to my account, i.e. everything totaling 47,700 INR. This amount should be available for withdrawal due to the bonus deal being breached. I believe that Rajabets can understand that rules are made to be followed. Once a bonus offer is accepted, both parties must follow through with what they have agreed upon until the end.

Unfortunately we are not going to be able to do anything to assist you with this matter.

As you've stated and shown, you were actually able to place bets, just not bets on the lower odds wagers that you would preferred to have wagered on. So this is not an case of you being unable to complete the wagering requirements in question but rather a case of you being unhappy with the types of bets that were available to you.

While we understand that you may be unhappy about this, the operator are within their rights to decline your custom entirely, or selectively restrict your access to specific services. Had the operator's actions physically prevented you from completing the bonus contract, we would have had a case to pursue. Given that you could have still completed the wagering requirements if you had chosen to do so, there is nothing that we can do to assist you with this matter.

While Rajabet did limit some of the bets that were available to this player, there were still available options that could have allowed this player to complete the wagering requirements for their bonus.

PLEASE NOTE:
 
 From your menu I selected 007 Slots but the operator I am submitting complaint about is Rajabets.com.
 
 I opened an account with Rajabets on November 11th this year. I verified it right away and the documents I sent were approved within just few hours. On the next day, I deposited and used the ‘150% Sports Bonus’ offer. 
 My case concerns the compromise of a bonus offer by the operator. 
 
 Rajabets offer accounts only in INR (Indian rupee) and the users from outside India can operate only with crypto currencies for depositing and withdrawing. According to the live exchange rate 1,000 INR equal €11.90. 
 
 So, I deposited 15,000 INR (around €178.5) and they credited the bonus to my account - 22,500 INR (around €267.75). According to their terms, I should make a 20 X Rollover of the total amount – deposit   bonus (37,500 INR, €446.25). That makes 750,000 INR (€8,925) in 30 days.
 
 I am no high roller and in the next 2 days I made 7 bets with total amount of 30,000 INR. The size of each bet was in the range 3-6,000 INR (€36-72). My balance increased to 70,200 INR (€835.38) and the remaining rollover - 720,000 INR (€8,568).
 
 On the next day I established that I cannot place bets any more, no matter the size of the bet. I couldn’t even place a bet of 100 INR (€1,19).
 
 I was given just a formal reply by their live chat support that it was not up to them but their odds provider.  They recommended me to try with smaller amounts. 
 I found in Rajabets’ terms the following:

 Customer complaints/claims of any nature must be submitted within 3 months of the issue occurring. To ensure that your complaint/claim is directed to and investigated by the correct department, written communication must be submitted to Rajabets via the following means:

 I wrote to the email provided with a request to take my case to the relevant department’ manager that could revise it and make a decision. I exchange 3 or 4 emails with their support and they kept assuring me that I could be able to place bet ignoring my screenshots that I cannot! I can send all correspondence as a PDF file to an email specified by Thepog. I could not reach to a manager of the company.
 
 So, here is a summarize of my situation to the moment:
 
 Balance: 70,200 INR (€835.38).
 Remaining rollover: 720,000 INR (€8,568).
 Days left: 27 days.
 Possibility to bet: No.
 
 I request Thepog to assist me in establishing a contact and discussing the matter with a representative of Rajabets. 
 Objectively, there are 2 possible solutions here:
 
 1. My wagering ability to be restored which will enable me to complete the rollover related with the bonus offer.
 2. If Rajabets are unable to accept bets from me then it is only fair that they release me from the rollover commitment as there is no way for me to complete it.
