Hi, no problem I can send all that over, quick question do you want the verification documents used as well? This all happened on January 6th and they stopped replying the same date. I tried to claim this with casino gurus and they didn’t respond to them either, even though casino gurus did a whole piece on there site.

Hi,

I’ve sent everything in on there site. I was approved for KYC level 2 but they were finishing my level 3 and my account got restricted. They stopped replying completely since January.

Quick question, the ids I sent are just my normal ids. I can send you messages with them saying there reviewing everything and then ghosting me. I complained also to casino gurus and they didn’t get any proper replies.

Dear Casino Reviews Team,

I am reaching out to formally raise a complaint regarding an issue with Rare.Bet Casino, which has restricted my account without explanation and withheld a pending withdrawal of 1,554 XRP.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with Rare.Bet and their compliance management team, I have not received any response. I am now escalating my complaint to all relevant industry entities, including licensing authorities and consumer protection bodies.

While I understand that Casino Reviews may not directly manage Rare.Bet, I am reaching out to inquire whether you have any oversight or influence over their operations. If so, I kindly request your assistance in ensuring this issue is resolved fairly and promptly.
