Not only does the above explicitly define that the win restriction applies to the "free spins bonus" - meaning that it is not just the free spins themselves - but it goes further to detail that until such time as the balance associated with the free spins, and hence the restriction, has been withdrawn, the win cap will apply.

While we understand your frustration, the operator are within their rights to enforce this win cap in this circumstance and, if they've allowed you to withdraw $1300 rather than $130 they've already gone beyond what is required of them.

I won 40000.00 on the online casino site slotozen.live.  I had deposited hundreds into the casino and they gave me free spins.  I won in the free spins then wagered the money.  I then won $50000 but gambled $10000 back.  I went to withdraw $40000 and they replied with a congratulations email stating the funds couldn’t be withdrawn because you can only withdraw $130 from any winnings off free spins but the winnings weren’t off the free spins it was off a wagered amount after the free spins and I don’t think that it’s legal to give free spins and only payout $130 from them anyway but the money wasn’t won off the free spins.  They decided to payout $1300 as. Was a VIP member and kept the $38700 but told me they were writing the winnings off which I do t understand how they can just write off cash like that.  Thank you for your help.
