Found Against the Operator - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Rembrandt Casino to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

I would like to submit a complaint about Rembrandt Casino. Please note this is a different case from my previous resolved complaint.

Around two weeks ago I made a deposit and accepted a deposit bonus. I completed all wagering requirements. After that I continued playing for a few more days and my balance increased to approximately €3950.

I then requested a withdrawal of €1500. After about two weeks of waiting, I contacted support to ask about the status. Instead of processing the withdrawal, I received the following response:

“After a thorough review, your account has been closed due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions, specifically related to the misuse of promotions. As a result, any associated winnings have been voided.”

No further explanation was provided.

Since then:
- I have not received any clarification despite asking for details
- My account is frozen and I cannot log in
- I cannot access Live Chat or any records of my gameplay

I have reviewed the Terms and Conditions, but the reason given (“misuse of promotions”) is very general and unclear. I followed the standard bonus rules:
- I completed all wagering requirements
- I respected the maximum bet limits (kept bets under €5)
- I only used bonuses that were offered to me

At no point was I warned about any issue, either during play or before requesting the withdrawal.

Some clauses in the Terms appear to be written in a broad manner (for example regarding “irregular gameplay” or “bonus misuse”), and it is not clear from these what specific action would constitute a breach in my case.

I have also attached:
- The email from the casino confirming account closure and confiscation
- Screenshots showing multiple bonus offers sent to me by the casino

From my perspective, I played normally, followed the visible rules, and only used offers provided by the casino. My winnings were achieved after completing all requirements.

I would like to highlight that:
- No specific rule breach has been identified by the casino
- No warning was provided at any stage
- All visible bonus conditions were followed

I am requesting that the casino pays my legitimate winnings. If they believe a specific bonus rule was breached, I would appreciate a clear explanation of the exact rule and the action that caused the breach. In such a case, I would consider it reasonable to remove the bonus itself, but not to confiscate the entire balance.
