Please not that a) the majority of gambling operators employ systems to detect IP manipulation like this and b) term 12.10 reads "reserves the right… to void any winnings and forfeit any balance (winnings and deposits)" where you have violated this term.

Hello, and thank you for the reply.

You can change my username to ABCDE12345.

I only placed bets on the same market when I accidentally placed a bet. When you select a bet to place on their phone website, the betslip appears straight away like a pop up screen, and at some time 'place bet' has been at the same place on the screen as the market you selected. So its like you instantly press 'place bet' even if you only selected the market. If this makes sense. Then it would place a bet, as the stake is automatically filled in the same as the last bet you placed. So if the stake was filled in as 10EUR, and I wanted to place 100EUR, I would place 90 EUR more straight away after, when I only wanted to play 100EUR in one bet. If this has happened any other time, I cant remember. But I told them they could take away those winnings, as  the terms gives them the right to cancel those bets. Once again, I was NEVER contacted through out these months I was playing on their website about cancelled bets because of this.

I've done nothing of this. I've not used a VPN or anything to disguise my IP.

I've not been coordinating my betting activity with other players or accounts, and I only have one account on their website.

All bets have been manually placed by me on my own PC at home or on my samsung phone. I wouldnt even know how to use bots or stuff like this. And no bot has told me what bets to place, I've decided on my own what bets to place.

Regarding the verification process,  I dont save photos on my phone of my bank card, passport etc. I can take new photos of the stuff I sent in for verification, but I cant give you the exact same ones I sent in, unless Riseofbets provide me with the files. I didnt save it on my phone. But I'd be happy to take the 'same' photos again if it's of any help. Let me know.

All my verification, as I said before; I did NOT save my photos of my passport and debit card. So these are new photos of them, with my name and date under. But they are just like the ones I sent in, If they were to compare.

On the 27th of november I recieved an email from Riseofbets support team, stating that they've closed my account and took my full balance of 4100 EUR of my account. They stated I've breached 3 terms & conditions. Please see attached photo of email I got sent.



I've asked them countless times if they can specify what was breached within these terms, without any success. They claim the decission was made on business grounds and cant be redone. The decision is final. They also told me several times throughout emails _**they have the right to close accounts without explanations.**_ However, clearly in their terms it states, if they close my account without explenation, the full balance must be paid out, or in case they suspect fraudulent activity, all deposits must be refunded. This in accordance to terms & condition **12.11**.



 Also since they posted term **12.10** in the original email which states they suspect me of fraudulent activity, tampering with verifications or IP. If not, I dont know why they would include that in the email as a breached term.



I have made it clear that I have **not** breached term **12.10** in ANY WAY. And if they suspect me of any fraudulent activity they should go ahead and report me to authorities. I'd gladly assist the authorities with anything they need to investigate this, as I've done nothing wrong.



 I'm claiming they are going against their own terms & conditions here, **12.11** clearly states they either pay me my full balance, or refund all my deposits since they closed my account. **Terms & condition 43.5** states they have the right to cancel my bets, but I have NEVER been contacted by Riseofbets because of this. This does **NOT** state it gives them the right to wipe my account of my full balance of 4100EUR and close my account. Im asking for my 4100EUR balance to be paid out to my bank account. **They have closed my account without an explanation. They REFUSE to tell me what I did wrong.** If they suspect me of fraudulent activity, Im happy to assist in whatever is needed for an investigation, since I did nothing wrong, but in that case; **12.11** states I have the right for a refund of all my deposits.



How are customers supposed to feel protected and safe if casinos/sportsbooks can at any time can just close the account and take all the money for made up reasons or without explaining why. **I did NOTHING wrong to breach these terms**.
