**Initial KYC Separation**: When I attempted KYC for my friend’s account, my submission was rejected, and Rollbit’s team, including Razer, explicitly acknowledged that I was not the account holder. This recognition and subsequent rejection demonstrate that my personal account was separate and independently verified.
**No Deceptive Intent**: My personal account was funded and verified without any intent to evade previous bans or to deceive, as Rollbit’s own verification process demonstrated.
Request for Fund Withdrawal Based on Terms and Account Separation

With this context in mind, and in light of Clause 5.3, which states, “If we close Your Rollbit Account, and believe […] that any portion or all of the remaining balance is due to You, we will inform You of the available means to withdraw that remaining balance,” I respectfully request that my remaining funds be withdrawn. I believe this clause applies here, given the account’s independent verification and clear separation.

Where you have been providing verification information for a third party's account, both the account in question, and you as an account holder in your own account, have violated terms of use that you have agreed to.

Whether or not your intention has been deceptive is a matter of opinion and given the other clear breaches of terms of use, non-relevant.

All we could suggest is that you ensure in future that you do not engage in any activity on any account other than your own.

To clarify, the initial KYC attempt was my details on behalf of a friend’s account, not my own. My personal account, and the account in question, never has never had any other logins or KYC other than my own.



The key points here are:

1. The KYC submission that I provided for my friend was immediately rejected as Rollbit identified that my details did not match the account holder’s, confirming I was not the account owner.

2. Following this, when I voluntarily verified my personal account, I was then accused of ban evasion of my friends account. This stems from the rejected KYC attempt on the other account, despite Rollbit recognising that I wasn’t the account holder.

The core issue is that I’m being linked to an account that Rollbit themselves acknowledged as not mine. My intention here is simply to resolve the misunderstanding regarding my personal account.
