Thank you for your message. In response to your questions, I have never coordinated my account with any other account, whether in my name or in the names of others. I only have one registered account with Royspin.

Regarding documents, Royspin has never requested any identity verification from me neither before nor after the withdrawal. I find it very strange to be accused of duplicate accounts without them ever having verified who I am, and I even offered to send documentation, but they completely ignored my messages and replies.

I am fully willing to provide my identification documents to your team if needed for the investigation. However, I reiterate: Royspin never asked for them.

What happened was the following: after placing several bets, I requested a withdrawal, and Royspin confiscated my funds, closed my account, and stopped responding to my messages. This seems to me like wrongful withholding of funds and a lack of transparency. I was even very cooperative and offered to send documents, asked them to provide evidence for the accusations made against me, and they have not responded at all.

I await your feedback and hope for a fair resolution.

There's no need to send documentation if you have not sent it to the operator.

All online gambling operators have sophisticated systems that can detect when a person opens multiple accounts by their account details, IP address, unique device and payment method. Where multiple accounts are detected via these methods there would be no purpose to asking for or reviewing your verification documentation.

Can you confirm that when we contact the operator we're not going to find any other accounts linked to yours by these identifiers?

Where you contact a 3rd party to mediate your dispute, you do so with the understanding that we are under the same restrictions. Hello, this attitude from Royspins is regrettable. It clearly demonstrates how malicious they are and what their purpose is in doing these things. They've found a simple way to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, knowing that we have no way to confront them afterwards :( This is the dark side of sports betting :( and this will never change...

I just have to thank you for your help. Unfortunately, they didn't cooperate enough to clarify everything, but what they want is to win against customers when they are losers and win against customers when they are winners!

That's why it's so profitable to have a casino; it's super lucrative and that's why they're millionaires!

Found Against the Operator - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Royspins to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

I am filing a formal complaint against Casino Royspins after having my funds, amounting to 300€, confiscated in a completely unfair manner. I would like to recount the facts from the beginning. At the start of last week, I registered at the casino and made a deposit of 100€, accepting a welcome bonus that was offered to me. In the following days, I dedicated myself to fulfilling all the wagering requirements associated with that bonus, placing various bets and playing legitimately on the platform.

After having met all the requirements, my balance had risen to over 300€. It was then that I requested, for the first time, a withdrawal of this amount. Instead of processing my withdrawal, the situation took an unexpected turn. I received a communication from the so-called "Security Team" at Royspins informing me that my account had been blocked and my entire balance, the 300€, confiscated. The justification given was a vague accusation of violating the terms, alleging "multi-accounting" or "collusion," without any concrete explanation.

Immediately after this block, I contacted the casino's support via email, trying in every way to resolve the situation. I made myself fully available to collaborate and clarify any possible misunderstanding. I clearly and repeatedly asked them to present me with the concrete evidence of the infringement I was accused of. I offered to provide any necessary identification documents to prove who I am and that I have only one account. However, Royspins' response was always the same: a total refusal to show any proof, to specify what my alleged error was, or even to request my documents to investigate the claim of multiple accounts. They simply declared the decision as final, without right of appeal.

This pattern of action reveals, in my opinion, clear bad faith on the part of the casino. They attract players with bonuses, let them play and fulfil the rules, and at the exact moment they try to withdraw their legitimate winnings, they invent a false accusation to confiscate the money. The entire "security" process seems to be a facade for this purpose.

I lost 300€ unjustly and my appeal is simple: that Casino Royspins presents, once and for all, the evidence they claim to have against me. If they cannot or will not do so, they should fulfil their obligation and allow me to withdraw the money that is the result of my initial deposit and legitimate play, during which I followed all the rules they established. I am available to provide all proof of my identity, and I thank you for your mediation in resolving this situation.
