With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. Dear Casino Reviews,
I have been trying to get my withdrawal from Simple Casino since 27/08. I have made 4 withdrawal attempts to two different IBANs and they keep stalling and sending vague emails about a technical error.
They do not have the option to withdraw back on the card which I deposited with. I attempted 3 times to withdraw to the card's IBAN and it didn't work. They could give me a reason.
I then attempted to withdraw to a local IBAN of Malta - the money just reversed back onto the site and they didn't utter a word.
Kindly note that in the midst of all this I wanted to update my residential address. I had sent an email which was ignored; and then eventually I resent the request. They asked me for a bill to update my address and then they even asked for me to send a photo of me holding my ID. Which I did… (crazy one has to do for a simple address change). Anyway they verified the documents and updated my address on the site. (the reason I mention is, is that the account is verified from their end but still they are playing games).
I will attach below a thread of all the emails exchanged, live chats etc. I hope you can help me. I do not understand how these sites/companies are allowed to operate.

Thank you for your message. In my humble opinion 2 weeks and (now) 5 withdrawal attempts later with no proper answer as to why is more than reasonable time. Must I wait a month in order for you guys to assist me? It is clear to me that they just want to make things difficult..
if 2 weeks is not enough for you guys to support me then so be it.. I will wait until the 20th. At the end of the day I am at their (and your) mercy.
