What is the actual update please?

It has nearly been a year

SKYCITY still has NO UPDATES either!

Both the submitting complainant and Sky City Casino has informed us that this issue has been resolved and the player has received their funds.

In Feb this year I won $500
Yhe amount was sent to the wrong bank account The money was then bounced back from MY bank SKYCITY claims that they are STILL waiting for the money to be returned by the “payment provider”

It is nearly Christmas & I have not got my money

I have been in constant communication monthly ALL YEAR & all they can say is they are waiting for the payment provider

This has actually put me under some sort of stress & I really NEED that money come Christmas!!!

Not happy with this service, I just want my money returned & the account closed for good. I will not be using this site ever again
