Wo soll ich den Benutzernamen ändern? Bei Slothunter gibt es keinen Benutzernamen?! Bitte um Ihre Unterstützung diesbezüglich. Die Unterlagen beinhalten meine Bankomatkarte, meine Reisepasskopie, den Einzahlungsbeleg, meinen Iban und mehrere Emails. Möchten Sie all diese Dokumente? Ich möchte nicht einfach meinen Reisepass und Bankomatkarte weiterleiten (aus Sicherheitsgründen)

Thank you for your email. However, this is the same documents that you've previously submitted. The document you appear to be referring to - PDF Einzahlung 5.1.1.pdf - shows a single transaction, and on the 20th of November you clearly referred to this as "an excerpt from my account".

The operator is not asking for an excerpt from a statement. They are asking for the full statement. Please download the full monthly statement and provide that.

There is no other bank statement. I log into my account and view the transaction. How much rent, electricity, Telephon, etc., is debited from my account is none of Slothunter's business. What kind of statement are you referring to? There aren't any more that arrive by mail. Only via e-banking. Please help me. Thank you very much.

All banks provide the facility to generate monthly statements. Please download the full monthly statement. Not a single transaction. Contact your bank's customer support if you need support doing this.

What business is it of theirs what bank details I have? Incoming and outgoing transactions? That falls under privacy/data protection. They wanted me to provide details of the sales transaction for the deposited amount, which I submitted several times. No one has done anything about other incoming and outgoing transactions. Do I really need to involve a lawyer?
