As you can see in the emails.

I keep telling them that my deposit has not been credited yet to my account.

I showed you screenshotws of it leaving my wallet but never arrived to my account.

Please contact the casino they know very well what this is about as they continously asked me to wait while solving the issue.

Sadly we do not see that in your communications to the operator. All you have said to the operator is as follows:

okey i deposited 2.28LTC long time ago,
It was never credited to my account and it still not is.

they received my money but i did not receive any credit on my account.

We won't intervene in this matter until you have made reasonable efforts on your own behalf. That includes clearly explaining what you are complaining about to the operator.

You need to approach the operator directly at this stage.

I don't know how to explain so that you understand.
I have said multiple times that I deposited money to their casino but I never got it credited to my account.

Then sadly there's nothing further we can do to assist you.

The communications that we quoted in our message on the 27th of October are not nearly sufficient to expect the operator to understand the issue. You need to make a proper effort to communicate the nature of your problem to the operator on your own behalf before we would intervene.

This player has not made reasonable efforts to resolve their complaint with the operator. Until such time as they do, we will not intervene.

I registered an account and made a deposit to claim their welcome offer for casino over a month ago,

It has still not been credited to my account and the support is not to any help at all they keep saying the same thing that they will look into it but nothing happens.

I deposited 1500NOK but they credited me only 500NOK,

so i told the this is the wrong amount.

After that they took back their 500NOK and has done nothing to this case ever since.
