I’m sorry,

but I do not currently have the archived October 2025 Jackpot Frenzy rules easily available.

I have a very large amount of documentation and supporting material collected for this case, and I have not been able to locate the exact official T&Cs for that specific period in a clean “one-page” format.

However, to provide CasinoReviews with a clear and simple overview of how the operator themselves explains the key distribution mechanics on their platform, I contacted the operator’s live support yesterday and asked them to explain the Epic Jackpot distribution in plain terms.

 I am attaching the full chat conversation as evidence.

In the chat, the support representative explicitly confirmed that:

• If a player is in 1st place on the leaderboard at the moment the Epic jackpot drops, that player receives 50% of the pot.

• The remaining 50% is evenly split between the other players in the Top 50.

When I specifically asked:“If the Epic jackpot goes right now, and the player in 1st place is shown with €1,056.44 projected payout, does that person win 50% of €51,913.62?

”The support agent replied:“Yes, that’s correct.”

This confirmation directly contradicts the outcome in my case.

I opened my account with SlotMoJo on 15 October 2025 and this was the first time I had ever played on the platform.

 I only played during the period 15–20 October 2025 and, to my understanding and based on what was presented to me, this play was within the same Jackpot Frenzy round (i.e., not multiple separate Jackpot Frenzy cycles).

On the day the Epic jackpot was triggered in October 2025:

• The Epic jackpot was approximately €75000.

• I was in 1st place on the leaderboard at the time of the drop.

• I had a projected payout of approximately €1,190.97 at 2025-10-18 14:37.

• After that screenshot, I continued contributing significantly to the Epic pot.

I have since calculated and documented that:

• After 2025-10-18 14:37 alone, I contributed an additional €1,139.27 directly to the Epic Jackpot portion (not total bets — only the part allocated to the jackpot).

• My total deposits during the period (2025-10-15 to 2025-10-20) were as I already have shown you €12,351.

• I made no withdrawals during this period.

But when the Epic jackpot dropped (~€75,000), I received only €318.42.

Mathematically, this equals approximately:

€318.42 / €75,000 ≈ 0.42% of the total Epic pot

or

€318.42 / €37,500 (50% share) ≈ 0.85% of the community half.

This is entirely inconsistent with:

• My confirmed 1st place position

• My projected payout prior to the drop

• The support’s confirmation that 1st place receives 50% of the pot

Based on the above, there appears to be a serious inconsistency in either the payout distribution or the way the jackpot mechanics are presented to players.

Thank you for providing that information. Sadly, after a review of this matter, we cannot uphold your claim.

The rules you presented in your submission were:


> "1️⃣ MAIN WINNER – wins 100% of the Epic Jackpot total
>
> 2️⃣ SECOND WINNER – wins 50% of the same Epic Jackpot total
>
> 3️⃣ Community Payout (Top 50) – shares the remaining 50%, proportional to each player’s relative contribution"


The actual rules that govern the Epic Jackpot are as follows:


> "Split into two parts – one main winner, and a Community Payout equal to 50% of the triggered Epic Jackpot. The Community Payout is shared amongst the top 50 contributing players, with each player’s share based on their relative contribution."


This has simply been a matter of misunderstanding the distribution of the jackpot when it gets triggered when you've been communicating with live support and whould not overrule the game rules.

To further clarify:


- Anyone can win the Epic Jackpot. It does not have to be one of the top 50 contributors. Though it can be. The winner received half the jackpot pool.
- There is no second winner who receives 50% of the jackpot pool.
- The other 50% of jackpot pool is split between the top 50 contributors, proportionally to each contributor's contribution.

Your winnings in this case would fall into the last of these categories, as you were not the player that triggered the jackpot, but you were one of the top 50 contributors.

While you have asserted that your payout could not mathematically be the size that it was based on the fact that you were the top contributor, that's not actually true. Hypothetical examples:

1: The Epic Jackpot is at €50,000 at the time it is triggered by a player who is not one of the top 50 contributors. The top 50 contributors have all contributed exactly the same amount and sit jointly in first position.

In this circumstance, the winner would receive €25k, whilst the other €25k would be split between the top 50 contributors evenly (€500 each) (1% of the jackpot pool each).

2: The Epic Jackpot is at €50,000 at the time it is triggered by a player who has only made a single spin. Only two players have contributed to the jackpot pool at this point, the winner, who only made a single spin, and another player who has contributed the entire rest of the jackpot and sits at the number 1 position.

In this circumstance the winner would receive €25k plus a tiny fraction of the other 50%, whilst the first place contributor would receive 50% minus that tiny fraction.

These are the extreme examples to showcase that the top contributor can receive a payout of anywhere between 1% and almost 50% of the total jackpot pool, and that the prize they receive is far more dependent on what the other players in the top 50 contributed rather than what they contributed. In fact, for any contributor lower than the top contributor, the payout could be significantly less than 1%.

Likewise, the amount that you lost over this period doesn't provide any good way to assess what you should have received from the jackpot. Even where the jackpot contributions were always the same (which they are not), the figure you quoted (~€12k) is going to be comprised of i) your jackpot contributions ii) your losses on the main game iii) any losses on other games and iv) your remaining balance. Your losses are NOT equal to your jackpot contributions. Your actual jackpot contributions were as follows:

Furthermore, as the Epic Jackpot was won twice on the 17th for far lower values, the day you had your biggest volume of contributions would be split across 3 different jackpots, and the ~€71k jackpot (which would appear to be the one in contention) that was hit on the 20th, you actually only contributed €12 + €533 + €1300 + some fraction of €3436. Nowhere near the ~€35k you derived in your complaint submission.

In summary, while we understand that your position as top contributor at some point/s prior to the triggering of the jackpot, combined with your losses has created an expectation of a larger payout, neither being top contributor, nor your overall losses is in of themselves a guarantee of a payout of any specific size, and there's no way that you could document a "projected payout" prior to the jackpot being triggered without knowing what the other top 50 contributors have added to the pot.

While we understand that this is not the outcome that you'd hoped for, there are no grounds for us to conclude that your payout was compromised in any way.

With regards to the other aspects of your claim - the display of winners, GDPR information release etc - these are not transactional in nature, and as such fall outside of the remit of an ADR service to deliver a ruling on. While we have provided a ruling here, alongside our ground for that ruling, on the financial aspects of your claim the other aspects of your claim would correctly have to be directed to the MGA, as the regulator, for review.
