Have you made any contact and if so what was the  outcome. I received an email stating that the payout had been sent for processing to the finance department and would be anytime soon and not to hesitate to contact their live chat customer support for updates on the status which I did and the indicate the same limbo answers that I have always received give them more time to process blah blah

This group's rep goes through periods of being responsive and resolving issues then disappears for several months. At the present time we're in the middle of a non-responsive cycle. Hello I received my pay out minus another $25 = $840.01 check fed X on 8.3.17 I sign the back and write pay to the order of my son and apparently this is a no no and so I line out the paid to the order part and initial it and and now my bank states it has been altered and my long story is Slot Garden will not issue another check. I still have the first one what am I suppose to do

Look at these instructions on the don'ts of cashing the check which I can't by the way my bank is virtual and only does online deposits
..This was my email instructions which was the first time I heard any of these conditions......


Instructions: DO NOT EVER calls the number of the bank or the processor listed on the check. Due to the nature of processing regulations, it is important NOT to contact the processor directly as it may jeopardize the clearance of the funds into your bank account and incur fees.
 
 
Please keep in mind that once you receive your check, you should deposit it ONLY and it may NOT be endorsed under a third party name or signed to CASH. The check must be deposited within the first 30 days of the issuing date on the check.
 
 
***********Important***********
Do not go to a cashing agency location! These checks are Canadian and can only be deposited into a checking or savings account that takes Canadian checks. A check cashing service will likely confiscate the check and we are not responsible after  will not be able to re-issue you another one!

Unfortunately your options are effectively zero. You have chosen to play with a group that are unlicensed and well known for huge payment delays. There is no-one else to complain to. 

At the present time we are still trying to re-establish a line of communication with the rep for this group. If we can do that we may be able to get something done, but until that happens I afraid there's nothing else we can recommend you do.

Actually we were still trying to get in contact with the operator for you and nearly 20 other complainants. I don't know what you expect us to do? You have chosen to play with a group that are well documented for taking months to pay even small balances. They're also sporadic in their communications. We don't work with this operator. In fact we actively have them Blacklisted to attempt to discourage players for playing with them. What miracle do you expect that will change a well established pattern with this group? You're no different to anyone else and if you make a poor decision about where to play YOU have to take some of the responsibility for that. The information is freely available to you here and at stacks of other sites about the problems with this group. A 5min look before signing up would have prevented this issue.

While we are going to continue to try to reach the operator about the other complaints we have open, given that you're clearly unhappy with our service I'll leave you to take your complaint elsewhere.

I have read your comments - your bank are refusing to cash your cheque because you've altered it so you need a new one or more specifically you'd need an alternative payment method as you tell us your bank won't cash cheques. To get that done for you we'd need to get hold of the operator who currently aren't responding. We don't have a magic wand that forces operators to respond.

You're blaming us because the operator won't respond to your complaint via us and yes, this is in large part your fault. It is certainly not ours. We've done everything we can to help you and the responses you're now sending through are shockingly ungrateful. We are a free service. We don't advertise ANY casinos to US residents because of US laws. There is no possible way that you or any US complainant can be considered a customer for us, yet we take the time to try and help anyway and have had some success with this group intermittently in the past.  

Yes the operator are ultimately responsible for this - it's their poor practice that have left you short. But as pointed out previously 5min checking - at any of hundreds of sites, not specifically here - could have highlighted the large number of players that have experienced the same issues.

From this point on consider yourself banned from this service.

This player's complaint has been discontinued because of their unproductive attitude towards this site and complaint service.

I requested a withdrawal of my winnings back in April of this year. $900.00 It took a month to get my documents updated into my account. I did finally get that confirmed and my request had been rejected over and over without explanation and I was not able to get one from the Live chat either. I contacted every other day for update on the status then finally on june 2 the withdrawal was authorized according to my account history. I received an email that stated only it was rejected/ denied no other information. I spoke to a rep that confirmed it was authorized but for $865 this was minus a $35 management fee. which I still never received an explanation for that. Anyway to date I still have not received my winnings the only thing I have been told via chat is they have a lot of withdrawals but they see it has been made priority and escalated my issue
