I understand, thank you very much for wanting to help me, but I'm done with the adventure and fun with casinos, betting on matches and playing machines, it's all costing me too much nerves and stress,

Sadly you've chosen to play with an operator that is very weakly licensed, as we indicated earlier in this discussion. If you choose to engage in high risk styles of play and do so at weakly licensed operators, you will have effectively no recourse if things go wrong.

If we were aware of another course of action you could take that would be likely to recover your funds we would have already directed you to it.

At this juncture we are not asserting that the operator has violated anything. Our ruling is not a statement that your claims are valid, but rather a statement that the operator has ignored our efforts to contact them about this matter.

Beyond this, as the Curacao Master License holders do not publish any regulatory standards, it is impossible to say whether any action that any Curacao licensed operator is compliant or non-compliant with whatever regulatory standards they are subject to.

You can find Slotty Way's license issue in the footer of their website - CIL - but as they do not provide any verification link, contact details, given that this Master License holder is set to be decommissioned within months and based on the reality that we've encountered CIL intervening in a complaint to the favour of the player, we would caution you to manage your expectations that this body will assist your claim.

I would really like to get back the money I paid, but when the casino doesn't want to cooperate, it's impossible.

This inference that any "honest" casino would automatically enthusiastically engage with a 3rd party mediator is fundamentally untrue. There are many reasons that a gambling operator may choose not to engage with mediation services, most of them relating to not taking additional legal risk.

And as highlighted at the start of this discussion, this is your third complaint against a weakly licensed operator, and in each case the operator has independently identified you as engaging in similar problematic betting activities. Players engaging as regular gamblers do not experience this frequency of similar issues.

As stated previously, if we had any other course of action that you could viably direct you to we would have done so already.

The problem is that I would only like to get back my deposit that I paid and the casino unfairly does not want to pay it out. In the previous complaint that I submitted to the BetNox casino, the casino returned my deposit, so this is a completely different situation

I did not break the rules in any way, I played bets that I thought were valuable, I don't understand why casinos accept deposits so easily and yet it is so difficult to withdraw winnings,
I am not profitable at Slottyway casino, I lost a lot and when I managed to win something, the casino accused me of breaking the rules.

As I mentioned at the beginning of the complaint, I don't want to play in casinos anymore, I'm really fed up with dishonest casinos, the only thing I would like to get back is my deposits, which I paid with my own funds and the casino stole them from me, which is against their regulations.

We understand the nature of your complaint, however as previously stated there are a variety of situations wherein the operator would be breaking laws if they processed any payments to you. Whether or not you want your deposits or the full balance would not be the deciding factor.

Slottyway Casino has its own regulations, which state that if the casino considers that a player has broken them, it has the right to cancel winnings, there is nothing written that it can take the player's deposits, I have never encountered anything like that where a casino robs players of their deposits and I have been playing for a very long time

While we appreciate that you may believe that the operator has acted inappropriately in the management of your account, the position of this service is that we take no position on your claim other than to note that the operator chose not to respond to it.

I had a very unpleasant situation with the casino, I was blocked by the casino, the casino couldn't give me a reason why this happened
