Secondly, this company deals with thousands, if not tens or possibly hundreds of thousands, of payouts every month. The number of complaints that this service receives in a year, acting as their ADR for the MGA,
number around a hundred. The volume of complaints received by this service evidences that you are incorrect in your claim that operator "only pay[s] out after a formal complaint is filed".

First of all, every single cashout attempt from this casino has required a formal complaint to be filed, and only then have they paid out.

1. After this complaint went live, they IMMEDIATELY reversed course and processed the cashout, but ONLY for $73.10
2. The site has refused to respond to any further inquiries regarding the stolen 627.15

I advised Slotwolf of the complaint, after which they immediately reversed their demand for the copy of the debit card and paid the small sum out. They have refused to respond to ALL further inquiries with anything other than closing the ticket and sending the "How did we do" questionnaire, with dead links so I cannot choose NOT satisfied

I already answered this multiple times. They have REFUSED to respond with anything other than closing the ticket and sending the "How did we do" questionnaire, and all they were asking for was a copy of the prepaid credit card.

This user has chosen to threaten this service with legal action. As such we will no longer play any part in the management of their claims.

Late on March 19 of this year I deposited $50 cdn into my Slotwolf account.
A few hours later, on March 20 I attempted to cashout my winnings of $700.25

Since then every attempt to cash out has been rejected.

Even though, in the last six months, I have only deposited via Interac etransfer and have ALREADY provided them with screen shots of the transactions from my bank statement, they are refusing to cash out my winnings.

They are instead, demanding copies of a prepaid credit card that was used MORE THAN SIX MONTS AGO, and is certainly in the garbage on long gone to the landfill

In addition, they have ▇▇▇▇▇▇ $627.15 of my winnings and set my account to $73.10, which they are ALSO refusing to cash out.

Unfortunately this company has a history of doing this and ONLY PAYING OUT after a formal complaint is filed with MGA, and/or The Pogg
