I hear what your saying about the time frame being within the past 12 months. But I'm certain the $100 deduction they took in January 2026 is the only issue because it was withheld from me due to a claim of a chargeback I made that I have documented proof never in fact actually ever happened. So I think it should be fine.



As you will see they have been giving me the run around for months expecting me to give up trying. And I have often thought it hardly seems worth the bother. I expect most people do give up. Which is the point.It's only $100 but I suppose if they do it often enough it all adds up. They make plenty of money already. That their doing this little side scam to skim a few extra bucks off the top is just so sleazy and cheap. I really can't stand it.

Abandoned – The submitting complainant has decided they no longer require our assistance as Spin Casino have instructed him to speak to ECogra.

I am happy to provide full documentation and Correspondence between Spin Casino and myself regarding this issue if you agree to act as ADR but will describe it briefly as follows.

In January of this year 2026 Spin Casino deducted $100 from my withdrawal winnings due to their claim it was to recover funds from a transaction dispute for a purchase made at a linked Casino on June 10th 2022 and reversed on June 20th 2022. I voluntarily submitted my full unredacted bank statement pages which contained those dates to prove neither a purchase or reversal was made. They responded saying they needed my bank statements for the entire month of June 2022 AND July 2022 because now the reversal date was July 20th 2022. I sent them the bank statement page containing July 20th 2022 but declined to send them the entire month's of June and July since the dates of the other pages were not relevant.  I also requested they provide me with the name of the Casino making the claim against me as well as the banking information transaction number and date routing number etc. since there seemed to be some confusion on their end as to when this reversal actually happened.  Was it June 10th 2022 or July 20th 2022? My bank statement pages I've provided them with show neither date records a reversal. This has been going on for over four months and I've gone through every level of the complaint process with Spin Casino and we are at a standstill. Our last communication was in March 2026 where they again stated they needed my ENTIRE bank statements for June and July 2022 . Information as Ive said is largely irrelevant and Ive refused especially given I have no idea whom actually made the claim of a reversal or have been provided any of the bank transaction information. I've waited for over a month for this reply. Or any reply and feel I'm left no choice but to take it upon myself to make this request to you for ADR.
