I would like to provide an important update regarding my ongoing complaint.

Today, I received an email from SpinMama Casino stating that my account has been permanently **blocked** and my full balance of **€813.93** has been **confiscated**. The casino cited a violation of their Terms and Conditions, specifically:

- **Clause 7.5**: Submission of fake or fraudulent documents
- **Clause 12.1**: General anti-fraud policy

However, **the casino has not provided any specific explanation or proof** of what exactly was “fraudulent” or how I allegedly violated their rules.

This is especially concerning because:

✅ My identity was verified through their automated KYC system
✅ I submitted **five** different selfies with ID and current date
✅ Proof of deposit was reviewed and **accepted**
✅ I submitted a full **6-month bank statement** from iCard
✅ I provided **proof of phone ownership**, which was rejected without reason
✅ I answered all security questions in detail
✅ Every document was submitted in good faith, and I followed all instructions from support

Despite this, they continued to create new verification requests — and once I completed them all, they suddenly blocked my account without further dialogue or warning.

I kindly ask CasinoReviews to request that the operator:

1. Identify the **specific document** they claim was “fraudulent”
2. Provide any **evidence** of wrongdoing or abuse
3. Explain why my account was closed **after** all steps were marked as verified

I remain fully cooperative and am happy to forward any supporting documents again.

Found Against the Operator - Despite our repeated efforts to contact SpinMama to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

I registered at SpinMama Casino on May 11, 2025. After activating the welcome bonus, I played a few rounds and initially won €50. On June 6, I made a deposit of €20.02 using my LTC wallet (a second deposit of €20.10 via ETH followed later). I verified my identity successfully on June 7 via their KYC system (ID + live face scan).

On June 10, I requested a withdrawal of €485. The next day, it was declined, and I was asked to re-submit Proof of Deposit and a selfie with ID and date. I provided everything promptly via the account portal and by email.

Over the next few days, I submitted multiple documents:

Selfie with ID and date (5 times, all accepted)

Proof of deposit with full LTC and ETH wallet history

Full source of funds via my iCard account statement

Screenshot proving phone ownership (Yesss.at account)

Every time I completed one request, I was given another. As of now, all documents were accepted — except the phone number proof, which was rejected without explanation and without any email notification.

Support confirmed they received the files but has gone silent for two days now.

Despite full cooperation and successful verification, SpinMama still blocks my withdrawal access. I now kindly ask CasinoReviews.com to step in and help resolve this.
