Sadly despite repeated efforts to contact this operator to discuss your issue we have received no relevant response. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

Found Against the Operator - Despite our repeated efforts to contact SpinPals to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

Have played on this site and cashed out three times before this issue. I’ve only ever had one bank attached to my account. I redeemed $500 on Nov 7th. The status changed to success on Nov 10th. After over a week and contacting them twice, customer service asked me about an account number that was different than the account number I have on file. The past days I have been told by multiple customer service reps that the deposit has been sent to my bank 100%. Today I found out, they sent my money to the wrong account number. I have no idea how any other bank account would be attached to my account, seeing as I only own one bank account. They stated that the issue would be escalated, but told me they were deactivating my account pending investigation. This is absolutely insane! Went from getting deposits in minutes, to my deposit being sent to someone else’s bank account I guess. Just wow…. I have screenshots of all of the customer service chat. Just crazy!!! It’s been about a month.Same copy and paste reply EVERYDAY. And most times, they simply stop responding and ignore me.
