This term is very clearly prohibiting starting a game round while you have a bonus active and then delaying completion of the round until after the completion of the bonus requirements. Did you do this?

No, I did not do it. Yo can request the operator to provide my bets history with you. I played only one game Good to Go from Microgaming from the start and until I finished my wagering requirements to this bonus.

The submitting complainant has informed us that this issue has been resolved and that they have received their funds.

On the beginning of September Stake 7 confiscated my full win with totally unclear reason:
 
 "9. Bonus hunting is strictly prohibited with bonus money. Delaying a game round in a game, including free spins features and bonus features, at a later point in time when you run out of wagering requirements and / or make new deposits while you still have free spins features in a game Forbidden. Players who do so agree to have their bonus and related winnings void. "
 
 After I received this email I asked them to clarify what EXACTLY I did wrong and casino just paraphrased and sent me same message:
 
 "When playing with bonus funds, bonus hunting is not allowed. Delaying any game round in any game, including free spin features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spin features still available in a game is prohibited. Players doing so agree to have their bonus and associated winnings declared void."
 
 I still do not know what happened here. To my knowledge it is not forbidden to play with bonus when casino offers it!!!
