Both the submitting complainant and Sultanbet Casino has informed us that this issue has been resolved and the player has received their funds.

I made 300€ deposit to sultanbet at 28.5.2024 and also equipped the 100% welcome bonus witht that deposit and then i wagered the wagering requirement that they had and tried to withdraw my money and it did not went through it just said rejected when i tried like 3 times and went to chat ask what is going on and they said that the relevant department will be in contact with you via email. The first email about my KYC and else i recieved 3.6.2024.  Then i provided the documents they asked 3 times i sent them because of the quality being bad they said and these whole 3 times happened in the same day via email and i recieved answers them also in the same day to my documents. And after that they didnt reach me until 10.6.2024 and asked for another document and i provided that at 11.6.2024 and then 19.6.2024 they asked me proof of my skrill account that i used to deposit and i sent that in the same day. Then 24.6.2024 my account was succesfully verified they sent email. Then i tried again withdraw my money but the skrill option that i deposited with was gone and i went to chat what can i do they said withdrawal with the method you want and i did that using bank transfer and then i got email about that i used the wrong method at 26.6.2024 when they have just told me in the chat that use what u want. I sent them a screenshot that there is no method for skrill and they answered me back 3.7.2024 to try to login back which i had tried many times and it didnt work and now it suddenly did after they sent me email about it and then i tried to withdraw again and it was rejected at least already 10th time. And then they sent me email again at 4.7.2024 that the relevant team will take a necessary actions regarding your withdrawal and inform you via e-mail. And nothing came again so i tried to withdrawal and it was cancelled again and i sent them email at 8.7.2024 and went to the chat and they said that they been trying to call me and not emailing me like they said. And i dont normally answer abroad phone calls. So we agreed to have phone call at 12.7.2024 and we did and they asked basic questions and said be in contact via email and till this day at 26.7.2024 i havent heard from them yet.
