Firstly, the MGA doesn't not hold a central self-exclusion register, so you cannot exclude yourself from all MGA casinos. Secondly, restrictions around credit cards under the Swedish regulatory system only applies to Swedish licensed casinos.

In regards to the other aspects of your claim, there are 2 different elements that will need to be managed separately. Any claim relating to self-exclusion or whether you should have been allowed to continue playing would need to be escalated the the Malta Gaming Authority for review. ADRs are not empowered to oversee these claims. The aspects of your claim on whether you have received the correct amount of cashback, we can review.

I cant use other than screenshot from their website. They answered in chat.   So I cant make a complaint here as MGA asked me to do?

I have contacted the operator but they refuse to coorperate

They just refuse and after I gambled so much they finally closed the account and keept my cashback..Its bad of the casino acting like a fraud company

We can look into the cashback issue for you. To determine whether the right amount of cashback was awarded.

We cannot assist you with any aspect of this claim that relates to self-exclusions, player protection, or whether the operator should have allowed you to play. You would need to speak to the regulator about those aspects of your claim. And the regulator having directed you to us is due to your mixing of these issues.

With regard to the cashback aspects of your claim, we're going to need you to clarify a lot of information.

- What is the amount you are claiming you are due?
- What is the amount that was actually paid?
- The screenshot you've just provided stipulates that Silver level cashback is 11%. Why do you believe you should be receiving either 10% or 15%?
- How much did you deposit over the promotional period?
- How much did you withdraw over the promotional period?
- What games did you play?
- The operator states that you've "cancelled" deposits with your bank. Is this true? Were the deposits cancelled before or after the balance was played and lost?

I want the casino to refund 3000 eur they provide me to play at my credit card. Thats forbidden in sweden.   They made me gamble for 6500 eur. Silver was 15 % and I got 2,2 % . They put 143 eur for 6500 eur .. they Sent a offer about 10 % cashback and when I was silver there was 15 %.



The cancelled transactions they say they never got through but my credit card is debit 2x500 eur ?



I havent done any withdrawals . So I lost 6500 eur.



I only played slots.

Regarding the missing transactions - please clarify: You made two deposits of €500 and cancelled the transactions. Were these funds credited to your account and played before you cancelled the transactions with your bank?

Reviewing the terms and conditions associated with this promotion, we can see the following inclusion:

Reviewing the limited game history that you've sent through, it can be seen that a large amount of play is attributed to "jackpot". Beyond these bets individually, it appears as if these have been side bets inside another game, invalidating the primary bet as well. This is why you've received a lower amount of cashback than you anticipated. A large proportion of the play you engaged was on games that were excluded from the cashback promotion.

But skandia is the BANK statement and Klarna is also transactions made , this together is ALL transactions made to the casino. After I gable for all money in cash in SKANDIA. The casino tempted me to play for a credit card in KLARNA so I got dubble up in transactions made and KLARNA was on credit wich is illegal in sweden

I have sent statements from my accounts and the klarna transactions is from a credit card and after that Klarna send bills to me. Here 500 eur x 3 were taken and in the casino it says 3x500 cancelled. So I want that refunded!

You can see in the file " roningc.com at 530 eur for some reason they took extra ?!, and 2 transactions robmus 500 eur. They use different recievers and not their their real name ?! This is illegal my bank says. They tricked the system cause my card was banned from casinos. So they have done illegal offers to me also :( I think they should refund for false offers and ammounts ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇

We've now reviewed this matter fully, and sadly we cannot uphold your claim.

We reviewed your bank statements, and identified every transaction - including the ones that you stated never reach your account.

We then reviewed both your transaction history and your play history with the operator. While there were three transactions in your operator-side transaction history that failed, none of these match any withdrawal from your payment statement in either time or amount.

Each of the withdrawals from your Klarna statement, matches the time and amount of a transaction received on your operator account. They also matched equivalent upward movements in your play balance, and were subsequently played with and lost.

While we understand that you remember that some of your transactions failed, the transactions that failed were not removed from your payment account.

Found for the Operator - This player played games that were excluded from counting towards the cashback promotion. The transactions that they believe were not credited, were in fact credited and played down.

The company send me offers evwn when I blocked myself from MGA casinos. They tricked me with 10 % cashbac . I started to play and lost control overthe money. When I had put like 3000 eur they said I was a silver member and was going to get 15 % cashback. When I saw the cashback balance there was only 143 eur.. thans not even 10 % I had gotten like 2,2 %. They tricked me and when I asked why there wasnt the correct ammount they said its plenty of time to earn moore cashback. Then after they tempted me moore I used a credit cand wich is forbidden for casinos to recieve from sweden. So I got like 3000 euro in debt in that bank now. They asked them to refund the money but the casino refuse. They have namned the transactions with "robmus" and "roningc.com "to trick my credit card/bank cause they bkock all casinos.This is not onest. I want them to refund since they tricked both me and my bank.
