Hello !

They been asking for my documentantion to solve issue, I had put wrong date of birth, but provided them with double documentation to prove it was mistake and they been going through it for now nearly 30 day soonish.
And are not paying the money, even when I have provided them with all the documents they have asked me to send.

Would you guys be able to help me out on this matter ?
So I could finally possibly get my withdrawal from them. Thank you.
