Email: [EDIT] Username: [EDIT] I may be overreacting but I made £25 deposited 22nd November 2014 received 150% bonus which totalled £62. Played and fulfilled playthrough criteria £6200 eventually winning £2000. 23rd November 2014 made attempt to withdraw (£600) which about equals limit on withdrawal total. Submitted all verification documents to Tradition Finance. Received e-mail to confirm acceptance. My Personal Details Record indicate withdrawal (£425) being processed but no transfer. My Tradition Cashier detail since 23 November indicate only reverse withdrawals and no promotions available until a deposit is made. Sent e-mail to Tradition Finance 16th December 2014 requesting confirmation of exact date set for transaction to be complete, received no response to date.
Concerned that if I continue playing it is pointless if I am unlikely to be paid winnings. Can you please advise or assist me?

I haven't had anything back from Tradition casino yet, but that could be down to the seasonal break. There's no need to submit further complaints about this issue - your original complaint is still open ;)
Have you ever charged back a deposit at ANY online casino? The issues your describing that Tradition and NogaBet sound very similar to other issues involving charge backs.
I'd also point out that both these casinos are listed negatively here due to their higher than average levels of player issues and would advise that in future you look at our listings before selecting casinos to play with.
I'll chase this up again and let you know what I hear back.
