If your own government cannot prevent unlicensed operators from accepting their citizens, there is no possibility of the operator offering a refund simply on the basis of us asking them to. Hello again,



I have attached the screenshots and and below I will explain what is each screenshot so you can understand my issue.



On the first screenshots you can see my placed bets but only the amount placed and if it's won or not and also on the top of the screenshots the month of the bets. I will provide one screenshot for each month since i opened my account with them. By laptop you can also see the bet id but not the bet itself.



On the second screenshots are all my placed bets with all the information about the bet, however you will notice that only the bets from December are available while you can see on the first screenshots that I obviously had made a lot of bets.



And at the end you will find some of my emails with them. In most of them they are refusing that I have placed a bet in the last 3 months but you can see that on the first screenshots. I have also attached screenshots of my deposit and especially the month of September there is a lot so it is not possible that I didn't placed a bet. ( September is also the month that I placed the missing bet).



Additionally you will also notice that after I contacted them they deleted all my bet transactions from month September while you can clearly see on the first screenshot of September that I placed some bets as well as from my deposit transactions from September. I have also attached this screenshot from the deleted transactions at the end.

Can you please confirm specifically what your bet was on?

Reviewing the play history that you have include, we cannot see any bets place anywhere near to close to the 100 to 1 odds you are claiming this bet had.

Having discussed this with the operator, the operator manually credited a missing €30 wager with winning of €60.25 on the 30th of September. The operator recently informed you again that this had been credit to your balance, and that you should withdraw your funds, but rather than doing so, you placed a bet on the 1st of March which lost, bringing your balance back to zero.

I remember it was around 30 euros bet and the wining amount was around 3000 euros. It is not strange to you that they deleted all my history ?

Incident Summary

On September, I placed a bet on this platform for an amount of around 30 euros. The bet was progressing favorably when I noticed a week ago that it had suddenly been deleted.

Upon contacting the website’s support team, they denied the existence of the bet and removed my entire bet history to eliminate any trace of my activity.

This action appears to have been deliberate to avoid paying out my rightful winnings, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.

While the website deleted my betting history, I can provide with some screenshots of my past transactions(but not from the bet as they deleted it)that will prove they deleted them.

Could you please investigate my issue or if you could assist me on how to proceed in order to report this website.
