Sadly, there's nothing we can do to assist you with this matter. There are two aspects to your claim. Firstly, the balance that you've played with and lost. Where you experience payment issues, you can raise that issue at the time. When, instead, you choose to play with and subsequently lose the balance there is nothing we can do about your losses. No-one "forced [you] to gamble" and had your bets resulted in a win, you would not now be looking for the operator to invalidate your winnings on the grounds that you would not have played had you been paid on time.

The second aspect of your claim relate to your request to close your account. Ordinarily, if you are looking for the operator to take responsibility for preventing you from playing, you would need to ask to close your account, informing the operator that this request is related to gambling harm. Simply asking to "close" your account would not result in the operator being responsible for preventing further play. However, even if you had made clear that your request relates to gambling harm, unfortunately you have chosen to play with a weakly licensed/unlicensed property. These operators function without appropriate licensing specifically so they do not have to adhere to the standards set out by regulatory authorities surrounding the protection of vulnerable players. As such, the chances of them deciding to take appropriate action in a case like this simply because we asked them to is vanishingly small.

Found for the Operator - Requesting to "close" will not result in you receiving the same protections as a self-exclusion.

A few months ago, I won €46,000. At the time, I was a VIP level 5 member and could withdraw €1,500 a day, for a total of over €20,000 a month. After winning, for no reason whatsoever, they moved me to level 1 and I could only withdraw €500, for a total of €3,500–7,000 a month. I asked for an explanation and was told it was an automatic system feature. They basically forced me to gamble away all my money. I also asked them to close my account several times, but they never did! This is gambling incitement! I have all the screenshots to prove what I'm declaring. I would like you to help me report this company so that this situation never happens to anyone else. Please help me.
