Hello 
Yes. I cleared the cache, tried to do it with a total of 4 laptops and 4 phones.
 I was with the my douther  boyfriend  who is an IT specialist and he even tried in incognito mode and all the time I have been blocked from entering my account number, the wrong number is in the box and you can't click it.
 I am in contact with a Wild Foryune consultant and they keep writing that they are trying to solve my problem and they claim that everything is fine with them.
 I send them photos that I can't enter my account number and they wrote three days ago that they sent my case to some department but they wrote the same to me over two weeks ago and it was supposed to work but it doesn't. 
About a week ago I sent them all the documents (again) and got a confirmation that everything is accepted and that I can withdraw the money, but when I wanted to do that  I couldn't - and they wrote that everything was fine on their part.
 I can send you all pictures some i have. 

 From other options to send money  there are some Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin options but I don't know about it, I don't have bitcoin accounts,
 I paid cash from my credit card and I want to withdraw cash as a bank transfer

 I have a big problem with the casino, for about 3 weeks I've been writing to their consuls that I can't enter my bank account to which I want to transfer my winnings. 
 After doing everything they told me, I still can't enter my account number because I have this option blocked.
  Every day they write back to me that I should clean the files, try from another device and I did so several times.
  I was with an IT specialist who said that everything was fine on my part and the casino blocked me from entering my account number. 
 
 Now I know that they are trying to scam me and they are just waiting for me to play and lose my money.
  This has been going on for a long time and I just want my money back and I can't. 
 I think that's very unfair to me.
  What can I do to get my money back?
 I sent them all documents, passport, credit cards, proof of address letters and they were accepted but I still can't send my money from the casino to my bank account. In the field where I can enter the account number, there is an incorrect number and you can't change it or enter a new one, I don't even have the option to click this field.
