as i accepted the cashback i was aware of this rules.
also while playing with cashback to reach the 10x wager restriction i cecked several times the cashier and as i reached these i was already much higher than the 10x max win rule and the hole amount was never blocked by bonus. please this is an absulute affron against all other players due to the fact that they in this manner take possible wins away from the slot. Rtp wise.

The same document also includes, under the heading "Bonuses" the term stated above, meaning that this term applies to all bonuses, not just cashback bonuses. You received a bonus. That term applies.

Whether or not you had exceeded the maximum win amount prior to meeting the wagering requirements is not relevant. You would still have had to complete the wagering requirement before being allowed to withdraw. The operator removing the excess win before you completed the wagering requirement/withdrew would a) not have resulted in you being any happier with this situation and b) have been a substantial additional disadvantage to you.

Finally, this term does not impact the RTP of the slots in any way. The games continue to function in the normal fashion. It impacts how attractive the bonus offer is.

As stated above, all we can suggest is that you choose a different casino to play with and ensure you review the terms associated with any bonus before you play in future.

i cannot understand.
in their rule they write Cashback is credited in the form of free money with minimum wagering requirement of x10.
so not as a bonus.
i do not agree that they do not lower the rtp. they keep the wins that come in such a situation just for themselfs.
i would advice that noone should ever play with any of their casinos absolutly unfair.

As already covered above - the RTP of the games in uneffected. The games are not changed and function in exactly the same way as they always do. You have agreed to limitations that are external to the game in the form of bonus restrictions. These don't change how the games operator. They do influence how attractive the promotion is. If you take bonuses that have unfavourable terms, that is likely to impact your results.

to the rtp i mean if the casino takes out winnings instead of giving them to the players
as it is thought, caus the name says Return to Player it is not correct when the casino cheats by taking out wins from the players after they made them with their unclear bonusrule ( chasback ... whit a separated sectio

as i understand this this gives a much higher amount than just x10 
ex.
20 bonus amount. bet per spin 2 maybe i won some spins and and played like 400 spins would be already 800 and then x10 8000

While we're sorry you're unhappy, it doesn't change the fact that you agreed to this term when you accepted the bonus. While we don't like the term, and wouldn't encourage players to take a bonus that included this term, the operator has been upfront about the rules and you simply haven't.

Bank transfers are not the only payment option. You will still be able to place a withdrawal via another method.

Our interpretation of the term you quote would actually be that there bonusx10. We would agree that the term isn't brilliantly worded - the section in brackets makes no sense what-so-ever) but if this is the argument that you wish to make, you'll need to make that yourself. You've chosen a Curacao licensed operator, with effectively no oversight. This is not a winable argument given the license in our opinion.

This bonus included a maximum allowed win, so the player has been offered as much as they are entitled to receive.

 i played quite a lot at wildtornado
 on 20.11.22 i received 20euro cashback for playing a bit during the week with this i won more than 10400 euro. as i wanted to get this paid, it was nothing blocked due to bonus on the withdrawl page... they just deducted 10200 euro and told me max win only 200... i wrote arround 100 emails chats and here is a small piece of one to clarify the dituation in more detail...
 plus within the week before this 20 euro cashback i lost 1400 as well for which i received no cashback... just as additional info

 Why should, every player be able as much as he wants with a bonus, like me up to 10000 euro for example or even higher. when then the hole playhistory and the winnings thereof can be cancelled by you afterwards? we all know that you heavily cjange the rtp of every plaid game. so no way that thos is an allowed practice.
