Hi guys they just paid me today...the last convo i had with them they were insisting on tax returns which i wasnt gonna do. The last thing i said to them was thanks but i will be contacting the pogg to handle this situation from here for me. 3 days after that they decided to finally pay me. I figured u guys had talked to them already for the reason i got paid. So weather yku did or not thank you. This site was really doing anything they could to not pay me out. Thanks again

Hi there im having a huge problem with wildz casino. Last week i made a deposit on their sister site caxino...i put 299 dollars on a decided to play my new favorite machine saxon..i decided to play 10 bucks a spin..had never bet that high but said why not..i hit and i cashed out. I never took any match bonus or anything like that. So 3 days later no money so i chatted caxino up and they said their sister site wildz is requesting some documents. They never sent me an email or anything about it..i had to chat them up to find out..so once i talked to wildz they said they want proof of income to prove i make my money legally and can afford to gamble..ive never heard of this never been asked anything like this and was not too impressed..but i said ok fine ill get u guys what u need.  Since then this has become a complete nightmare and they have no intention of paying me.everything i send they either deny or want more information. The first problem was with pay stubs. I dont have pay stubs...heres the reason i live in canada..i own a business a restaurant to be exact and my business is a private buisness its not incorporated therefore im not legally allowed to be on the payroll. Thats canadain law.  So what i did for them is send them 3 months worth of personal bank statements. On these statements every saturday there is an interac e transfer from my business to myself personally with amounts ranging from 2000 to 3000 every week. This is salary and any dividends from my business. To back this up even more i even provided them with a copy of.my business license. They also asked for proof of other gambling winnings..i sent them screen shots of wins ajd also emails confirming cashouts from other sites. They even asked me for proof of savings..so i sent them a statement or 2 from a tax free savings account. This is all too much and i wasnt comfortable sending any of this information to them. The only reason i even sent them what i sent is because i want my money. I have more than provided sufficent documents proving that i make my money legally and that i can afford it...and as far as affording it goes? Whos business is it what i can afford and cant afford? I dont ask customers who come into.my restaurant if they can afford the burger and beer they just got? When i buy a pair of shoes the clerk doesnt ask me if i can afford the shoes. I find it ridiculis im being asked any of this. Wildz and caxino didnt have a problem taking my money when i put on 500 and lost. No they just took it..but when i put.on 300.which isnt a lot and i win all of the sudden i cant afford it? So ive now sent all this information and what do they do? They comb through every transaction on my account and say well it looks.like ur even with bills and money.coming in lol i couldnt belive it.their asking abiut all kinds of credit card transactions and want copies of those now.they are also asking for tax returns. Im am not comfortable sending any of this information. I got audited 4 years ago and they are literally asking for more information than the canadian government did when they audited me no lie. And as far as even in my account goes.. I own a restaurant..and bexause of covid my restaurant has only been allowed to do takeout only for the last year so obviously im not making as muxh as i was. But in the statements i provided them theres over 13k a month going into.my account. I can afford to gamble and i get my money legally and ive given enough documents to prove it. My credit card recently gor hacked and im not comfortable sharing my income tax returns with some on line casino site from god knows where. There is a lot of senstive information on that and im not sharing it witu anyone. No matter what ive sent them they just keep asking for.more. they have no intention of.paying.me and i have wasted countless hours chatting them emailing them and gathering documents for them and ive frankly had enough. I was actually gonna file a complaint righr away with you guys last week but i said u know what ill try and sort this out myself without involving you guys. But thats not gonna work now. Can you please help me out with these guys? Thank you so much
