When did this play occur?

As a standard rule, we will not pursue the return of losses for players based on an operator lacking an appropriate national license. If your government cannot enforce it's own laws we are not in a position to do so for them.

However, for the second claim in a row you are complaining about an operator who restricts Spain in their terms of use, but then provides a registration form that includes the option to select Spain. Spanish law aside, this is an entirely predatory practice. As such we will look to contact the operator in this case.

Look to the future, we do need you to understand that we will not further claims for you of this nature. You are aware of the legal status of gambling in Spain and which casinos are/are not legal to play with. In relation to the previous email you have sent me, I tell you that none of this will happen again in the future because as a result of the fact that I have had these incidents with these casinos I have already learned and realized it, I did not know anything at all about these websites, I simply accessed by advertising I registered and played, then I realized all these injustices or irregularities.

I hope you can help us, with this matter it's all over and we just want to finish all this in the fairest way possible. In this case in winvegasplus the registration was on 02/27/2024.

You've played with an unlicensed gambling operator. Unfortunately that means that you have no recourse if things go wrong. If we knew of another effective avenue that we could direct you to, we would have advised you of it already.

Found Against the Operator - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Win Vegas Plus to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

Hello, after sending you another complaint from another casino earlier, with this incident I want to end all this now.

I registered in February at this casino and made several deposits, my surprise was that they allowed it without problem, and I have a document issued by the government of Spain that prohibits registration and online games, I was also able to realize later that some of the games in this casino are not allowed for Spanish players, for these two reasons we consider it unfair and I ask for the refund of the deposits I made. The company doesn't respond to what I ask and rejects it.
