At the present time you have not provided sufficient information for us to determine that you have a valid claim. Simply providing screenshots of transactions you'd like to receive does not provide any information about why they've not been received.

Before we can advance your claim you are going to need to locate any communications you've had with the operator about this matter and send them through.

Thank you , Firstly , I did Forwarded my Bank Account Details to that Online Casino Company : (  Winz  ) to do that WITHDRAWAL  TRANSACTION to my BANK ACCOUNT in GHANA , But they Refused to Send my PAYMENT CLAIM for me to my BANK ACCOUNT in GHANA , Up till Now , So how come that Casino Company are Still Requesting my BANK STATEMENT , Before they can do Investigate on this Matter about that Three : ( 3years ) ago Transactions they Failed to Send that my PAYMENT CLAIM and Again , They had my BANK ACCOUNT Details , So they Can do that investigation from that Matter and Send all my PAYMENT CLAIM for me to my BANK ACCOUNT in GHANA , So I am Waiting for Reply Now

You made a withdrawal of €20 in 2021. You do not believe that withdrawal reached your back account.

Is that correct?

If so, why have you waited 3-4 years to raise this matter?

Thank you , Please , I did contacted that Online Casino Company through Online CHAT in their Company Website Several Times, But they Kept Saying that they had already Sent my WITHDRAWAL to my BANK ACCOUNT in GHANA and When  I Contacted my BANK with their Transaction Receipt they kept Saying they haven't Received  any  FUND from that Company , So I Should Contact my Company  to Check that Transaction Transfer and Moreover , I have waited , Up till Now , No Money had been Received from that TRANSACTION TRANSFER they Said they had Sent to my BANK ACCOUNT in GHANA , Up till Now , So I am Waiting for Reply Now
