Player's Complaint

Hello,

I am a UK resident. Recently I have signed up with XTip sports Betting (sister company of Cashpoint). I have deposited £100 pounds with my VISA debit card to be eligible for the Xtip Sportsbetting promotional offer. I have completed the wagering requirements as well.

I have got confirmation from XTip regarding my documents being received and accepted/verified,my bonus wagering being met and completed.Please check the attachments.

I have been making request for withdrawals since 6th june 2016 via VISA debit card as that was my medium for deposit .I have been emailing them since that day as well to get the update regarding my withdrawn amount.

They have been replying me back saying the following :-

Withdrawal processing takes upto 12 hours Bank withdraw takes 2-3 working days We are processing today and you will get your payment tomorrow Unfortunately there is a delay in payment. Since yesterday 9th June 2016 I have been calling Cashpoint Customer Service, Austria(00431217721450). I have spoken to the customer service Team Leader regarding my withdrawing issue. She assured me over phone numerous times since yesterday that she and her cashier are looking into the matter seriously and trying to solve the issue. On one occasion they told me that my UK bank is rejecting the amount as they are trying to make the payment. I called my bank today and enquired about it. My Bank said they haven't received or rejected any such request. And my account and VISA debit card is absolutely fine. I informed them about my bank being absolutely fine. Then they said it is their credit company/accounts department who is having an IT issue and they are going to fix it asap. On couple of occasion the concerned team leader have contacted me on my phone since yesterday explaining the situation and told be to be patient for couple more hours. Today (10th June 2016) evening finally one of the customer service representative told me when I rang them again around 8pm UK timing that the issue can't get fixed until Monday (13th june 2016) being a weekend and also they don't know what exactly the PROBLEM is at there accounts/cashier department. My withdrawing amount is £ 3194.10 pounds. To summarise.

– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .

– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.

– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).

– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.

The above is somewhat clunky but a necessary part of the process for any complaint that comes in under ADR procedures.

Regarding your complaint - while I will ensure that XTips are contacted asap I do suspect that this is an issue that will resolve itself with a little patience. I understand how frustrating it can be to have to wait for a withdrawal to be processed and I'd agree that it's not a great confidence builder that these delays have occurred, but the operator appears to have been honest with you regarding issues at their end and while the customer support department may not be privy to the exact nature of the issues I don't see any reason at the present time to believe that this issue isn't being addressed by the relevant departments.

I'll get in contact with the operator when our contact point returns to the office on Monday and see if I can get you a clearer explanation of what's going on.
